Very professional.on time.they make you feel like family. Overall great team. It was my first experience with them and I'll always be going back.

All the staff and dentists here are fabulous. They not only take the time to get to know you and make you feel comfortable but they do a great job by not making you dread going to the dentist.

The staff was kind & helpful. The doctor was very thoughtful & she made sure that I was comfortable and at ease the whole time. Laniece was wonderful, also!

The staff was amazing here. My fiancé called and spoke with Brian. She explained to him how much pain I was in as this I just started my vacation. Brian was able to pull my X-rays and Dr. Hernandez-Munoz told him to tell us to come in. Dr Hernandez-Munoz was verrrrrrrrrrrrry friendly and super great at her job. I truly wished I lived in Florida just to keep coming to this location. I walked in crying and walked out with the biggest smile on my face. Can't say enough great things about this place. Every staff member was simply amazing.

This place is a JOKE! They waste your time n just your money. I paid for service Now U taking forever to FUND MY MONEY!

If you're dealing with complicated insurance, don't expect any call backs or assistance from this office. Have been working on getting care for my daughter for the last 10 months, and there is no communication unless you continue to call back, and happen to catch someone.

Pain. You will experience it. They do not give medicine for pain relief unless ibuprofen does it for you. Better have money or you will keep feeling pain. People are nice as long as you pay up front.

They have incorrectly scheduled me twice now to where I've had to pay out of pocket instead of my insurance covering it. On top of that, they refused to let me see an itemized receipt until after my cleaning was done so there was nothing I could do about it beforehand. Absolutely unacceptable.

Update: The doctor was unable to look at a tooth that had a potential cavity because they had gone to lunch early. So they had me come in a week later and sit around for an hour without seeing anybody before I walked out. As if my time isn't valuable. I will not be returning to this or any other Aspen location

They take my insurance and health benefits card. They help people and support what needed to be done check them out.
