Aspen Dental, St. Petersburg FL

Had to have three teeth extracted today to make way for new partial. Dr. Garibaldi really took good care to make sure I was not in any pain during the procedure. He was great. I recommend this Aspen Dental office.

This is a horrible place to go for the dentist. I recently took advantage of the free initial visit that included X-rays. I was told I had to have four teeth pulled and two root canals done as well as have some cavities filled. The work needed came to a total of $11,000.00. They set me up with their credit department that set me up for monthly payments of $49.00. I decided to get a second opinion and went to a dentist recommended by family members. The second dentist recommended me to get only two teeth pulled and six cavities filled with NO root canals necessary. The total for this work came to $2,000.00. I'm so glad I followed my intuition and got a second opinion. It saved me $9,000.00! Please rethink your decision about going to Aspen Dental!

A week after getting my tooth pulled the stitches came mostly loose. I had about 1" long string stuck to my gums and I was afraid if I pulled it something might start bleeding. I stopped in and within 15 minutes they were able to get me in a chair to fix it. Turns out they were able to just pull it, I thought it would need cut.

The service was very professional, but I waited an hour just to be called in, and then another 30 minutes before the x-rays were done. I was there for 3 hours just to get x-rays done & talk to the dentist. Both Magan & the DDS expressed their care for me. I have questions that I need to ask re: my POC. It comes across that too many patients are scheduled for 1 DDS to treat. It's not OK to steal a patient's time!

So far a wonderful experience everyone is so nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. They are doing an absolutely fantastic job. Pulled all 32 teeth and put temporary dentures in. They have done a fantastic job.

Seems like a very professional office when I went there, but when they gave me the proposed bill for the work I needed, I was shocked at the extreme price they expected…
I found another reputable dentist that was more reasonable in price so I asked Aspen to forward my dental images to his office…
They said they’d email me the form to fill out & forward…
They never emailed me…
So I went there in person, filled out the paperwork and asked them to forward them to my dentists email…
They said that it could take up to 10 business days…
I laughed and said I needed them in 3 days…
They said, “no problem, we’ll get it done”
Well, went to my new dentist, and no, my dental images were not forwarded…

From the first person I seen, to the tech, the Dr and check out staff, so cheerful and happy. Recommend this office every day of the week! Glad I found them and happy to see there is still customer service some where! THANK YOU first STAFF THEN DOC! Excellent experience! ️️️

I had to come this facility for xray. So arrived at 0820 for my 0830 appt. At 0910 nobody there to do xray. Pitiful.

You people are a bunch of charlatans!

Obviously a lie. I’m over 21, uninsured & was charged $122 for exam & X-ray. I’d like a full refund please!

Happy as you can be at the dentist, they got the job done with minimal pain and problems. I'd go back.

My dental insurance covers the procedure but they say I need antibiotics which would cost me $500 they have their way of making a sell to rip you off. I have had much dental work in the past and know how these people operate. Beware

It's a very friendly and a pain-free dentistry. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. All of the staff is very helpful.

To start off. My experience was pretty good until the fillings. I called previously to inform someone and nothing was done about it. I was told to give it more time to heal due to being deep fillings. It got worse and worse over time to the point I got a infection and can not chew on my right side. Went to another location who told me I need root canals. They referred me to a specialist. Paid more money to correct the problem and left with zero pain. But they only cover root canals, not crowns. Now I have to pay for 2 new crowns after paying for fillings that had to be redrilled multiple times and are now point less. I've been in pain for almost a month and paid to much just to have someone else go over it.

Thank you for the great experience at your dental clinic. The staff was very attentive and had a very calming and patient attitude. I appreciate all of the responsive and professional attention that I received during my appointment.
