I was pleasantly surprised on the service I received at the Aspen Dental in Niceville, Florida. Everyone was kind all the way through my first visit. They took the time out to explain everything from taking my x-rays to the best way to treat some of the symptoms and the costs.

If you are a new patient, they charge crazy prices for unnecessary "special" cleanings. If you try to schedule online, they will screw you over by making you a new patient appointment that they refuse to change to a regular cleaning. Find a better local option that will charge fair prices and treat you like a valued patient.

Just felt more like I was at a car dealership than at the dentist. Everyone was super nice, but just seemed odd how I was with the office manager longer, talking about finances and loans for my teeth “plan”, then with the actual dentist looking at my teeth. Came in for a cleaning, left with no cleaning and an estimate for $17,000. Maybe this is the way Aspen does things and I was unaware.

This location has been great until they hired new boss type desk clerk.

I have been customer for previous four years

On my appointment she tells me I have to pay 146+ 150 = almost 300 for cleaning and X-ray. Never have I paid such higher charges here but she disregarded my request for to speak Randell or Lisa. I will not go here

I am very pleased with the service I received at Aspen Dental today. I had 5 fillings done by Dr. Carvajal, and she did a great job! I have several appointments to go before my teeth are completely finished, and I’m sure that I will be completely satisfied with the results. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Went in to establish as a new patient bc my old dentist quit taking my insurance. Tried to convince me I needed $16,000 worth of dental work. But, since I have insurance, I get such a “deal”. For only $6,000 I can get dental work I just got done, re-done. Only gave me an option of having a “deep clean” for $500, not covered by insurance. Refused to give me a regular cleaning… I’ve been to the dentist every 6 months for the past 10 years, at least. It’s not like this is the first time I’ve been in years… Nice try!

Rajiv Tuladhar, DMD has changed my life. I've always been ashamed of my teeth. I'm getting married in October and wanted to smile and feel amazing and he gave that gift to me. The anxiety and pain is worth it.

Thank you for giving me my smile back. I'm going to have to learn who I see in the mirror is me and that these beautiful teeth are mine.

Constantly reschedule you for appointments. Had an appointment in June booked for six months and show up to find it’s cancelled. After being rescheduled to July I call to confirm and that appointment is also cancelled.

Thought I had finally found a local dentist and was happy with everything.then I confirmed via text for my cleaning appointment and later that day they call me having to reschedule for 4 months later. So 4 months later the day before my appointment almost 5 o'clock they call me to reschedule. Are you kidding me? I said you are rescheduling me again she said yes ma'am I said no cancel it I'm so over this place.

They charged for OPTIONAL services that I was specifically asked about and turned down in the scheduling process!

I was warned about this place doing things like this by my neighbors and by my PCM. I should have listened…

When setting up my cleaning appointment, I was asked if I wanted a Fluoride treatment with my cleaning. The scheduler said insurances don’t cover it. I said I didn’t want it not only because it will cost me, but because the city water is already fluoridated and so is toothpaste (as I understand it by dentists in the past, this is why most insurances don’t cover fluoride treatments—enough is consumed in a healthy diet).

During my cleaning, the dental hygienist simply added fluoride at the end without warning. (When laying on one’s back with their mouth wide open getting dental work done, most people trust the process and don’t ask what is happening every time the hygienist/dentist takes their hands out of their mouth).

Last week, I received a bill in the mail showing a balance due for the procedure I didn’t ask for. The first time I went to the office to dispute the charges, I was told the hygienist left early, but her notes say that she asked if I wanted it and I said yes. I was also told that I needed to talk to the hygienist about it before anything else happens.

I go back in today and was told I had to wait for the hygienist who was busy with a procedure. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with. After the receptionist went to talk to someone in the back, she asked me to come to the back booth to continue the conversation.

No resolution came from this conversation. I asked for my dental records (which they email out), and I asked them to cancel my 6-month appointment.

When I asked for another route to dispute the charges the receptionist said I can try talking to “corporate, ” which she didn’t have the number to.

I woke up with a goose egg on my face from an infected tooth. Emergency freak out! The pain was so intense. No insurance. No money. What to do? Search for a local emergency dentist. Decided to go with Aspen Dental after reading about the clinics in my area.

I couldn't have found a better dentist office or been so blessed with my visit. All the staff, from my initial phone call with "Sierra" (sp?) at the call center, to the front desk staff, the x-ray technician, the Dentist herself and the office manager Randall. I had an emergency and they took care of me every step of the way. They were patient, kind, caring.just great people. It has been a long, long time since I have felt such kindness. I am a senior citizen, on fixed low income, and haven't seen a dentist in 14 years. They recognized my hesitancy and fear and instead of making me feel as if I were a burden, they treated me with respect and kindness.

To all the staff at Aspen Dental in Niceville, Florida. I thank you.

I have had extensive dental issues due to a wreck at 17 years of age. I am now 50 and I would highly recommend anyone to see Aspen in Niceville because they are awesome soothed my anxiety and never hurt me.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, but I made an appointment for tooth pain with them because it was the only place I could get in that fast. I get to the appointment and all they did was X-rays, nothing for my tooth pain. I had to schedule an appointment for a cleaning of my gums, before they would schedule me for a filling in the tooth that was hurting me. I understand that I need the cleaning but I was in pain and needed the filling more. I left the office in tears with no relief.

I just had a deep clean done at aspen dental in Niceville. The hygenist was Lisa she did a great job. For her I give 5 stars, but aspen dental I give a 1 star due to thier price gouging practice.the cost was 3800 before Insurance. Around $1000 per hour. I know that it is time consuming but I cant justify the cost. I will never go back to Aspen.

Customer service is bad. Pulled my wife's wisdom teeth and left a bone fragment in her jaw causing immense pain. When we went back to get the issue rectified they notified me their Oral surgeon has retired, and they're not willing to fix their mistake. On top of that they wouldn't even give a referral to a different surgeon in the area. Worst service
