Aspen Dental, Naples FL

Terrible place and service. I fired them. Will go to another dentist. They are crooks and liars. On top, the are requesting that I have additional services that are not needed. When I said that I did not want them and requested just the standard service. They said that is what the doctor wants and I do not have a day about it. Unbelievable. They had cancelled my prior visit to find out when I got there saying that I did not have me that day. To find out later that they had problems with they system and lost all records. Bench of liars who are trying to blame the patients and never themselves. Run, do not go there. No more for me.

I’m a new patient there and I use to fear of going to the dentist, but they comfort me like a family. I appreciate y’all thank you so much. Doctor Hernandez she is amazing and her staff as well.

I had a really good experience. I had eight teeth pulled today, they put me in a twilight sedation. I woke up had temporary dentures, and pain was minimal. I was extremely comfortable with their staff and how professional they all were. I had gone to a different Aspen Dental in town and it was horrible. I'm glad I found another branch here on Pineridge rd.thank you

DO NOT GO HERE! HAD AN INITIAL APPT. TODAY FOR A CLEANING AND X-RAYS @ 9: 30AM, AFTER WAITING OVER 30 MINUTES, I WAS TOLD MY INSURANCE WAS "OUT OF NETWORK". EXPLAINED TO OFFICE MGR. THAT MY INSURANCE (HUMANA) VERIFIED BEFORE i WENT THERE, THAT OFFICE AND DENTIST WERE COVERED. SHE JUST SAID "THAT CAN'T BE". SAD AND PATHETIC RESPONSE BY EVERYONE THERE.

Please don't go to this location I was charged for a filling it was more to my case but too long to explain I never received the treatment i paid for florida state board of dentist needs to check the Pine Ridge 85% off thier review must be friends or family because the service here is a 1one

A side from a slight wait. It was great. Everything was explained in detail. Look forward to the next few weeks with this office.

The attention was excellent and the service too, my 7-year-old son went in and came out happy, zero fear of being at the dentist. The explanation for parents and for children of oral care is adapted to both ages. I was delighted…!

Had 3 teeth extracted and had panic attack in the chair. All color drained from my face and was soaked with sweat. The surgeon's assistant was my hero. She grabbed cool wet cloths for my head and breathed with me until I calmed down. So professional.

The Best Doctor Hernandez & Brian got me in on a bust Friday. Extracted my abscess tooth while I was in great pain

I was very nervous to go in today to get a wisdom tooth pulled. The dentist was very nice and pleasant needless to say I didn't feel anything. I'm so glad I went cause she is amazing.

Staff was great and friendly! This place was able to make me in first thing on Monday and by Tuesday had two teeth out and a fun treatment done. Definitely recommend.

Very good experience with all of the personnel at the Pine Ridge Naples location. Special shout out to Dr. Hernandez on dental anxiety relief and Brian Thompson on dental financial anxiety relief. Much better than I ever anticipated. So far so good.

Your manager David is fantastic 5 Star, for the institution as a whole 2, your employees don't even know why and what procedures to do, I'd wonder if they are suited for the job

There have been a couple of times I have been in need of this office and they have been outstanding both times! Great service, wonderful dentists, awesome staff. You will feel like family dealing with them. My fear of dentists is off the charts but I really love my Aspen friends! I can't thank them all enough!

I called Aspen for an emergency appointment as I had a crown pop off & needed to get it recemented ASAP. Was seen same day & saw a fantastic dentist, Dr Wendy Hernandez! She was very knowledgeable & very kind & helpful! The cost was very reasonable & I was so happy I reached out to them!

I had an awesome experience at Dr. Presswood's office. From the front desk staff to the xray technician to the dental hygienist! Beautiful new office. Everyone was attentive and did their job well. Thank you.
