Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided options that were best for my issues.

Well let me start by saying that the staff is very friendly, I am somewhat of a retired dental assistant but yet I was always afraid to go to the dentist and get treatment in my mouth but this place has shown me that there are people that still know what they’re doing.lol I had sat down with the Office Manager very sweet girl and she had broken down everything clearly what my insurance had to pay for and how payments work, She was very clear on everything where I was able to make the best decision for my care.the hygienist was very gentle when she gave me an injection in my mouth to numb The areas that needed to be numb because I have a very sensitive mouth then the next day I went back to get two extractions and the sweet female doctor was just so kind and gentle with me I was telling her that one of my teeth were not gonna come out easy because I didn’t feel movement on the tooth but I knew that it had to come out so I started to get a little worried that she would be challenge but less than a minute that bad boy came out of my mouth and she was telling me we’re done! Two teeth had to be pulled and in less than five minutes they were both out of my mouth!
oh my God I was so happy! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone or everyone!

I had a great experience at this Aspen Dental.the exam was very quick and Dr Cuebas gave me different options for my treatment plan. Then the office manager Gigi really helped me out by offering payment plans so I can get my work done. 10/10 recommend!

I came in very anxious. I have several broken teeth and have been too embarrassed to go to a dentist for years. They immediately put me at ease and went above and beyond to find a way to help me and make it affordable. They also had me in to be seen within 24 hours of my first call.

My 12 year old daughter broke a tooth and was in a lot of pain I made an appointment late night for the next day the staff took such good care of her they were able to get her in the same day to pull the broken tooth so she wouldn’t be in pain. The office manager was amazing with helping me. Everyone was amazing in the Dania office definitely will be using them for myself and I will recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time in my life that I enjoyed being at the dentist. The staff is absolutely fantastic and the dental treatment was less painless compared to other dental offices that I used before. It does not mean there was no pain; but, the treatments were provided with care and professionalism. I highly recommend this place for any dental treatment. The professionalism is excellent.

My experience at Aspen was more than I expected. Dr. Taylor was knowledgeable, caring and concerning about my needs. Jasmine and Jesse assisted with scanning etc.to prep me for implants, I felt comfortable and safe in their experienced hands. I will definitely recommend this Dentist office to anyone; I truly appreciated their all round professionalism.

Really subpar experience. They had an unprecedented issue out of their control but had no tact handling the situation. Multiple people scheduled an emergency appointment first thing in the morning all to be shirked due to internet being down. And apparently, someone was on the way and on the case. It has been hours.

My fiancé called and asked if they accepted Met Life dental insurance. They said yes. She went in to get a cleaning, the only service she wanted. They first brought her in for an xray, something she didn't want, and an exam, something she didn't want. After performing these 2 tasks, they told her that the insurance wouldn't cover the cleaning and that she would have to pay. She denied the cleaning. They then told her that she owed them $159 dollars for the Xray and exam which was supposed to be covered also. She didn't know what to do so she paid it but was in tears when I got home.

Unethical billing practices mixed with unnecessary charges for procedures. She drove 25 minutes to this dentist because they took our insurance and only after they got her on the hook did they tell her she had to pay out of pocket. Classic Bait and Switch. Insurance is provided upfront, the office has the ability to verify whether they accept it or not. Why is it that only AFTER you perform the useless part, that you explain that you won't accept it. She didn't even get what she actually wanted. Spent her morning driving to a different city, waiting in an office, got her hopes up that she was finally going to get what she has been putting off cause she couldn't afford it but can now that we have insurance, went through the xray garbage and everything else, only to be turned away and forced to pay anyway. I am escalating this with the Florida Board of Dentistry. This ruined my girls day, I could only imagine what this would do to someone who was living paycheck to paycheck without anyone else to help them. How many people has this dentist victimized with claims of accepting insurance, only to withdraw that claim after proforming the exam, and not the actual work. If you go to this dentist, insist that they verify that the insurance will work prior to having ANYTHING done. Better yet, go to an ethical dentist that would simply write off the negligence of their employees and apologize rather than hold you ransom.

Update: They are processing a refund now.

I went in for a tooth extraction about a month ago. It felt awkward the moment I stepped in. They switched me from room to room and the doctor seemed annoyed. I was sent to a small waiting room where i waited for 30 minutes. Between X rays and other exams, the doctor suggested me to extract my wisdom teeth. I did agreed to it because I had a really bad infection on that molar. Before they extracted it, I had asked the doctor if my tooth had a chance to be saved, she disagreed so I was guessing that because she is the doctor, it was fine if she pulled it. While she was pulling my tooth she was tempted to keep extracting and almost pulled the tooth next to it stating that I would lose it too no matter what; with an aggravated expression. Thank God I firmly said no, she left it there. I have to travel very often so it is really hard for me to keep up with a single dentist, so I went to my state of residency and went to a local dental clinic and scheduled an appointment to see what other options I had just to find out my problem could be resolved with a periodontal treatment these people aren't even offering. When you look it up, Aspen dental does not do anything more than a cleaning every 3 months for periodontal desease, and if you have bone loss they would just remove the tooth, that's it! Just to get rid of the problem and save themselves from having to work with your mouth. My next appointment is in january, and i will not be paying thousands again to visit this incompetent office, or any Aspen Dental in the future.

Nicole is the best. She is concise, very experienced and has a light touch which I really appreciated. I would recommend her and Aspen Dental to my friends and family.
