Aspen Dental, Sebring FL

I was very impressed with all the staff from the front desk to the X-ray tech to hygienist to the Doctor. They were all very professional as well as friendly. I left feeling that
my teeth hadn't been cleaned that well in years. They also took the time to explain and help me understand all follow up procedures that I will need. Thank you to all. Look forward to having you take care of my teeth!

Not likely to return. First of I went there with a major issue and concern in which the dentist did not even want to prescribe any antibiotics knowing that I had an infection but yet wanted to extract my tooth with infection and all then want to rip off my pockets with no help. Then I call to get my records and they talking about waiting 7-10 business days when I did not have that kind of time

I got my husband an appointment here to have a tooth pulled as it was cracked and he was in alot of pain. After 2 hours of him sitting there, they sent him home without anything done and a 16k "treatment plan". It's abhorrent the way they treat people.

The entire dental team at my Aspen Dental Location is very professional and takes very good care of all my dental needs. Thanks.

I was happy with the treatment I received, but not happy that I had to prepay for a procedure. Never had that happen before.

Made a appointment just to have a cleaning done. Nothing else. As a new patient they insisted on their free x-ray and doctor visit. I agreed and while I waited for the hygienist, the doctor came in and said the hygienist was off for the day. First question I asked was why did they set me up with a appointment if the hygienist was off? After that I was brought into a room where they insisted I needed $3500.00 worth of dental work done. Very HIGH pressure. Kind of like buying a car and sitting in the managers office to get things done. Never did they offer the cleaning for $84.00 as I was told when I set up the appointment. Traveling for the winter and just looking for a little service.

15%-30% more in cost than competitors. And they take forever todo anything. Won’t answer phones or return calls. They’re all nice and place is clean and they do good work. That is cool and all, but that doesn’t make up for what I stated previously.

Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly dental hygienist was very informative can’t wait to go back

I had a fitting problem with a new lower denture, and, had made two previous trips to Aspen to correct the issue. It still did not fit correctly so I made another trip today. The technician found the problem (a pressure point issue) and corrected the problem quickly. So far, so good. I appreciate the solution and hope my denture remains comfortable from now on.

Looking for an honest Dentist.
I recently went to Aspen Dental in Sebring. This place is filthy! I've seen cleaner bathrooms in many gas stations. Then they tried to sell me on $4,000.00 worth of work which I did not need. I went to my dentist up north 6 months ago and they told me I had healthy teeth and was fine until next year. I just wanted to establish a new dentist here because I’m here full time now and looking for an honest dentist!

If you have a bad tooth and you request to have it removed why not just do it. Pain is pain. You are ridiculous.

My first visit to Aspen Dental, and I received excellent attention from the minute I walked thru their doors until I was released. Highly professional, courteous, and friendly dental group. So glad they were able to take a new patient, with a major tooth pain issue so fast.

Our visit was very helpful the Staff was friendly and knowledge Wes needed a lot of work in his mouth before the next step dentures. The Dr, explained everything and the Front Desk staff went above and beyond to explain billing and insurance. We left knowing the Staff will take care of Wes's next procedures.

Very disappointed in Aspen Dental. Went to have crown recemented in place. Dentist said it couldn’t be done without looking at the tooth. Charged an exorbitant price. Went to Chen Dental and they treated the problem for less than what Aspen charged to look at me.

I had my first appointment with Aspen Dental of Sebring Florida and such beautiful and friendly staff and Dr Lilian Reyes was very supportive and careful, I would recommend her service and the experience I received with Aspen Dental and staff…… Smiles

I am on Medicare with an advantage plan that covers cleaning. I tried to get my cleaning but after all of X rays and exam I was told I needed to have an expensive treatment before I could get my teeth cleaned. I am on a fixed income and can't afford this treatment that is not covered.
They are very nice and Professional but too pricey for me.
