Whelp, I would’ve had good things to say if anything was ever originally ever done but considering I haven’t been able to make contact past my initial appointment and then telling me they’ll call me back, so I stopped trying after months and then can’t even get a call back still now when I went in cause I only got approved for $1,600 of the dental I need done, they do not seem to care if the infection is causing my face, lips, neck, lymph nodes and all to swell and go numb. It’s affecting my vision, jaw, feels to be nasal cavity as well, up around my eye and around my skull. And I’ve also been having troubles with my cognitive abilities. I’ve been in the ER 3-4X this week alone, and directed to go to the dentist which did nothing but try to pawn me off. I was supposedly to hear from them while still in the ER and they did not call. I went in and they said by 2: 30-3pm, and again, no call. I was not permitted to even see the dentist when I went in, let alone walk out with a script to help me, and was only told I now have to add another $900+ in order to even get these removed (which was NOT originally stated. I was told I could keep doing AS I have the money.) so I don’t literally potentially die if the infection festers into my bloodstream and jaw like I am starting to think is currently happening or starting. So now I am being left to suffer further. I have 4 little girls from age 2-10. It’s about to be Christmas. I’d love to actually spend it with them but I guess if I don’t have all the dollar bills right now, I am not important, even as a basic human. So, I doubt I’ll be going back here again. Part of this review is to leave evidence of this for my husband in case anything should happen to me, as I do not have any idea as parts of my body are going numb, what might happen next. I am getting dizzy and feel unwell. I’m going to hope and pray I can find someone who actually cares about their patients. Let’s see if I am lucky enough to see 2024. Thanks for nothing, guys. 0/5 stars. Highly DO NOT recommend! At this point, I don’t care if I can chew, I care if I’m alive for my kids. My face doesn’t normally look like this. I inserted from a week ago right before this all started and today in the ER.

All about the money! I went in with a tooth ache, the first thing they did was try and sell me dentures and implants! Then they wantedd payment up front before they would proceed. I have no problem paying for treatment but usually they don't press for payment before they even start. Corporate Dentistry and a big slice of corporate greed. My suggestion is avoid!

Very happy with aspen dental. Been going there for 4 years. The people there really help you with your needs. The doctor is the best. She really know what she's doing! Very professional.

Once you don’t let them run your credit they act like you never showed up. Do not deal with Megan if you can help it.

I made an appointment as a first time patient for 5pm and showed up 10 minutes early to fill out the required paperwork. Upon arrival, they told me my appointment was actually scheduled for 4: 30pm and I would have to reschedule. I looked back in my email and my original confirmation email does say 5pm. They switched my appointment time and didn’t call or confirm and acted like I had made a mistake when it was an error on their end. Very unprofessional & rude.

So far so good it's only been my first appointment and we reviewed my options. Aspen Dental was very helpful

Excellent as always. The professional care is top notch and the customer service could not be better - actually amazing. We had an emergency and they were able to see us within an hour.

I just called my local Aspen Dental office near me.the Young lady couldn't answer any of my questions. When I Ask if I could speak with the office manager.she said she was the manager. I called the Aspen office a bit farther up the road from me.and was treated very differently! I was inquiring about a set of permanent dentures.it is a shame that I couldn't use the office closest to me! TERRIBLE OFFICE to try to do business with!

I've always had high anxiety going to dentist. Therefore had several issues.
Aspen Dental helped me tremendously.
They are professional and patient and passionate about patient care.

The staff and dentist did a great job made me feel comfortable in uncomfortable scenario I recommend them to anyone seeking a dentist this was my second time I just felt relieved that they were taking care of me

Amazing experience Victoria was awesome helping with the insurance stuff and convincing me that Aspen was the way to go for the crown and the hygienist stayed through lunch to squeeze me in so I wouldn’t have to come back for cleaning another day. So I got the exam, X-rays and cleaning all in one shot. Great experience who says it’s like going to the dentist as negative!

Very disappointing. Much different than my first appointment which was very good. This time it was 40 minutes before I was seeing after my appointment time.
