Wonderful office with such personable sweet Dr, Hygienist and front line staff. I am so excited for my new smile!

Very impressed, I went in with a need and they met that need and I left happy and smiling!

They are dishonest about accepting your dental insurance.
I was handed an estimate for $1200 out of pocket when I have a yearly benefit of $3500 through United healthcare.
They are scammers and very evasive about accepting your insurance just to get you through the door.
Shame on this company!
I’m thoroughly disgusted!

I wish they were in the Florida Blue network or I would use them all the time.

I lost confidence in my current Dentist and was looking for a new one. My insurance provider's directory stated they were on my plane. I called my insurance company and verified. They sent a fax to them while I was on the phone to notify that I would be switching to them. I called the office and made a new patient appointment - giving them all my dental insurance information. My appointment was on a Friday and the text me a reminder on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. They also called on Friday. I arrived early to fill out paperwork including giving them my insurance card. I was take in the back and had a lot of X-rays take - I mean a lot of X-rays, more than ever before including a Panoramic view. I was in the chair waiting for the hygienist to examine me when I was informed that the Doctor no longer accepted my dental plan and did I want to continue. Needless to say I am back to looking for a COMPETENT dental office. My suggestion: GO SOMPLACE ELSE - QUICKLY

Waited for an hour at this location only to find out that I could not get a cleaning and the specialized cleaning was over $3000. First and last experience at this office.

While I was taken for an appointment in a timely manner.my pain in a tooth turned into a 14,000 dollar estimate.while yes I need some work when I asked for a detailed price listing.they could not provide till I scheduled work (hmm to prevent price shopping) I paid for what needed to be done.and find out after two weeks my insurance most of the work they charged for.when I called to get the money back they overcharged I had to make a request for it. How many people don’t check thier ins.and inturn don’t request thier money back.where do you think this unclaimed money goes? Aspen never called me to refund. BEWARE WHERE YOU GO DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Aspen staff was very polite, professional, and knowledgable throughout the entire new patient process. Provided valuable information and explained processes and phases of dental procedures. The Dentist and all staff was outstanding…rate 5 stars, 2 thumbs up. I was made to feel very comfortable. My wife has been going to this location for some time and is very happy.

Everyone was professional. All my questions were answered. I was told my responsibility for paying and what the insurance's will pay. Last Dentist office did not do that. I ended up paying because they didn't tell me the truth-they weren't in my network. It's good to do business with honest people. Martha Dyson

Pleasantly surprised! How often can one say that about about dental treatments? Everyone that I came into contact with, Laurie, David C, Renee and Dr Rokita were courteous well-informed and went out of their way to help me, a very anxious patient, feel comfortable. Most importantly, I received quality work for a fair price. I highly recommend this practice!

Had a major chip in my tooth and couldn’t get in to my dentist. Aspen got me an appointment within an hour and I have to say the experience was great start to finish. The dentist did an amazing job and you can’t tell anything happened. Great job!

Doctor Rokita is a highly skilled MIRACLE dentist who is very gentle with his patients and procedures. He takes the time to get to know the patients beyond compassionate measures. He truly has given me one of the biggest gifts of life back; my smile. Every procedure has been painless and he has pacified my fear for dentists. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good and true dentist, you will not be disappointed. He is a great man who is very devoted to his work. Jessica Hawkins is the PSR up front who checks me in. She has a very compassionate ambiance about her and makes the patients feel at ease from the moment they walk in. She takes her time to answer any questions that I may have and is always willing to do her best to explain to me what will be done during an appointment. Shoutout to Doctor Rokita for saving my life and my smile for years to come.

Kathy did an excellent job with my dental cleaning! Kathy is very professional, provided a thorough cleaning, and numbed my mouth prior to the cleaning. The office is clean and the staff is friendly!
