Very nice people, explained throughly, was incredibly efficient with the financial part of the process. Would definitely refer to anyone.

Awful place with low level professionals. I suffered so much there. The policy of Aspen Dental is wrong. They get the money before they offer the service. It is a criminal action. That is violation of my rights. I am waiting for my bridge 4 months. Their anesthesia is cheap with side effects. On the fourth month they realized the measurements are wrong. They were giving me wrong information. They just didn't care about my health, my life. It is for sure I will resolve that problem with a lawyer.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I still have to go back for another visit and we will see how it goes. For now I'm very happy.

ABSOLUTELY PREDATORY WITH PRICING. IF YOU DONT HAVE INSURANCE STAY FAR AWAY! Back in November I went in for an exam as I was having severe pain on one side of my teeth radiating from the back of my lower jaw to the middle of my teeth. They did a free exam and x-ray which is great but they tried to tell me the pain was from a cavity and failed to even explain how my wisdom tooth on that side was impacted. The impacted tooth would be putting pressure all the way from the back to the front of my teeth as it was causing my teeth to shift. Then the dentist pushed doing a root canal as soon as possible and I explained to him that I didn’t have dental insurance and couldn’t afford a root canal without insurance as I am 19 years old and in college. I said I was going to wait until the first of the year when I’d have coverage again but he pushed and said that I could even go septic if I didn’t get the cavity taken care of. He also mentioned that I could have the tooth removed but that it would cause other issues with my teeth (of course because an extraction costs much less than a root canal). Afterwards they essentially forced me to speak with their manager as no one would explain the process or what was going on and why I had to speak to her and she then pressured me into signing up for a credit card. This in itself was my fault I shouldn’t have agreed to it but magically the credit company gave me a line of credit for exactly what they needed to do the root canal as I declined getting my wisdom teeth removed at that time because they wanted 9k in total for both procedures. What she didn’t disclose is that they would be charging the full amount immediately. For those that don’t know this absolutely TANKS your credit score because it made me use up 100% of the available credit at once BEFORE any of the procedures were even done! What if they costed less or more than 4,500? She also made sure to get me in as soon as possible so I wouldn’t have time to rethink my decision. I ended up doing a special cleaning that day which was supposedly going to cost around 300 if they had charged my credit like we planned. I called later the next day and canceled all my appointments but the damage was already done. When I asked to pay my balance outright instead of using credit I not only found out it was suddenly much cheaper than before but that they also couldn’t do that and Id have to wait for carecredit to recieve the refund of the full 4,500. I don’t care if the procedures are scheduled for the same week they should NEVER charge someones credit card BEFORE services are rendered. What if I wanted to do a split payment so my credit usage wouldnt be so high? Disgusting that they would take advantage of someone whose young, vulnerable, scared and naive to how credit works. Meanwhile the whole time I was trying ro read what I was signing the manager wouldnt stop interrupting me. Even if I had a clue as to what I was getting myself into I wouldn’t have been able to read the terms and conditions!

My first visit was awesome! The staff that attended my care were very professional and caring! The office manager went out of his way to try and comfort me, as I was upset. Thank you Roberto! You made my experience a pleasure.

I’ve been going to Aspen Dental since I moved to OC in 2021. I’ve scheduled 2 yearly cleanings since then (6 in total) and have successfully only attended 2 appointments. Every time I have an appointment, they call day of to ask me to reschedule it for another time. If the time doesn’t work, then you gotta schedule out months in advance again. I asked the lady this morning politely to remove me from their system because I’m tired of having to reschedule this cleaning all the time and she hung up the phone. Please work on your scheduling and ensuring that your staff is available to attend the appointments they book MONTHS prior.

Exceptional and Professional service by the entire staff. They made my visit extremely comfortable with genuine friendliness and great knowledge of their practice. Everyone works in unison as a cohesive team and provides a great environment.

All the doctors were very caring, thorough. They explained all findings and went over all options. Asked what was most important to complete first. Went over all pricing. I will return and recommend them.

This place was fantastic. Best group of workers I've ever seen at any office or dentist. They were so kind and helpful and friendly, they found an affordable plan for me. You can tell they care about their customers.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience I will not recommend anybody to go to the Orange City office in Florida I was scheduled three times went to my appointment when I got there to the office waited for 2 hours I was told they were sorry they couldn't take care of me started my procedure up April 2023 today is December 6 2023 had an appointment waited an hour they told me they were sorry again and they couldn't take care of me and they will let me know by phone when they could give me an appointment I'm very discouraged need help don't know what to do anymore I almost pay all my money for my procedure please please please check reviews before you do any appointment for any procedure dentist office

Fantastic experience with Dr Marjan and team. Needed an emergency root canal and they were able to get me seen by Dr. Crawford. I had root canal few years ago but Dr Crawford is truly an expert made me feel comfortable, got it done with minimal discomfort and Dr Marjan finished up with the crowns. Highly recommend this facility.

I had to schedule an emergency appt for a broken tooth with no dental insurance, had never been to this dentist before ever. But because they offer financing which I needed in order to be able.to afford an implant, I chose this office. I was AMAZED at the service I received here. ALL staff are super friendly, very courteous and professional. I was able to get an exam and explained to the dentist my concerns about being able to eat Thanksgiving dinner the next day. So I was taken to the office manager who was able.to.find a financing plan for me. I was able to get a full.mouth periodontal cleaning and get the tooth extract with a bone graft put in place to prepare for the implant in 4 months. I also was able to eat Thanksgiving dinner the very next day because the doctor did such an amazing job that I had very minimal swelling and pain, simply used OTC Aleve and Tylenol to manage my comfort level. I will.definitely continue my Dental care with this office.

I was having the worst tooth pain the day after Thanksgiving and this office was outstanding! Got me in next day. They have all kinds of payment options to help and just courteous, professional, awesome staff! Highly recommend

I was pleased with the receptionist. She was very friendly polite and professional. I was pleased with the Dentist, she took was friendly polite and professional. What I wasn't pleased with was the wait time before the dentist seen me and started the procedure which was to recement my temporary bridge that came out that took maybe 20 minutes.after having me wait from 9 am to 10: 30 am before leaving the office. That's my only complaint with my Visit to Aspen Dental.

If you want to get scammed this place is great! Aspen is known for suggesting more expensive treatments than are actually needed. Get a second opinion. I'm pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are fake anyways

Had a good experience. Staff was courteous and professional. Waiting time was very good. Will continue going to Aspen Dental.
