Aspen Dental, St. Augustine FL

I wouldn't recommend this place. They want to do everything but what you went there for. The dentist should have been a car salesman trying to sell you everything to run the bill up. The nurse stated before the doctor would come in I had to see there hygienist I said no and told her the reason I was there. She said if I didn't see the hygienist first they would charge me an extra 120 dollars and call it an emergency visit. After seeing the dentist I got up and walked out.

People are extremely friendly and look out for your comfort and any anxieties you may have!

The hygienist seemed very smart. However, the dentist told me I had two cavities that I didn't have. Got a second opinion 1 month later at much more reputable dentist and they were sure I have no cavities.

Even though the hygienist is good, she's in on the scam to do unnecessary cleanings. They tried to sell me on an extra "deep cleaning" that would cost $300 not covered by insurance. They whisk you away and immediately try to put you on a payment plan for all the extra stuff.

Avoid them, or if you have no choice, don't agree to pay for anything more than exam and routine cleaning. Be skeptical of any cavities they say you have.

JaJa and the Dr. I saw were very pleasant and easy to communicate with about what needs to be done.
The office manager is also great and friendly!

The ladies there were so helpful and accommodating! Norma did an excellent job on my deep cleaning and explaining everything beyond what a visit to 'the dentist' is normally imagined. She deserves a raise! Will be sending my husband and hopefully keeping them as my doctors. Thank God for Dentists!

Heather is awesome, I called to schedule an appointment and she got me in right away.

The staff was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable. I’m a nervous nelly, but they constantly reassured me. I had an extraction performed on same day, dentist was patient and kind and explained thoroughly what was going on. Quick and easy!
They made me feel in control of my dental health again, and I’m relieved to have a game plan going forward.

Heather was very pleasant, informative, and helpful throughout my entire office visit and follow up calls. Wish I could give her 10 stars!

Aspen dental in St. Augustine is one of the best dentist in town. The doctors are amazing and friendly. The staff is so kind and always loves to help. Heather is one of the staff members and she is so amazing. She cares about you as a pt. You can tell she definitely loves what she does. I would recommend them to everyone.

Everyone I spoke with or saw was exceptionally nice and very efficient. This was my first experience with Aspen, and I was really impressed. The clinic was very modern and clean. Staff was excellent!

Aspen Dental is amazing and caring. They are very professional and fun to be around the atmosphere is amazing. There is one staff member that always makes it feel welcoming when I come in. She has the biggest smile on her face. Her name is heather and if u need anything she is there to help. I would say she is one of the reason I keep coming back.

I had my dental cleaning with Noura one of the dental hygienist employees there and it was the best one I’ve ever recieved. To be honest without her cleaning I wouldn’t have got braces. Definitely recommend seeing Noura when you go there

1st visit went great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Noura was a great hygienist! She explained step by step what she was doing and also made me laugh along the way.

I would like to say this office is amazing and so caring. They put you first even if you come in late they still find away for you to be seen. The staff makes the Atmosphere so nice and relaxing. Heather has helped me with my payments she is amazing at her job. You can tell she loves what she does. Never once I have came in there and there wasn’t a smile on her face. Didn't have a good visit I have health Insurance and still can't be seen due to the amount of money they expect you to pay after insurance.
