21The staff are beyond welcoming and friendly. My dental hygensit was very gentle and extremely nice.
If I could put zero stars I would, in literal pain I haven’t been able to eat in days and I come to the dentist and I let them know my problems and I asked them if they take my insurance and if they could see me and help me and the front desk lady assured me they can but I have to wait to be seen because they’re booked which was very sweet of them to squeeze me in but they squeeze me in and I wait for hours in pain just to find out that they never took my insurance and it cost me out of pocket to get my tooth removed. Also they don’t wipe down the chairs or bathrooms as frequently as they should.
Very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long at all. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because that was only my 1st visit for ex-rays. We'll see how I feel after they pull a few teeth. Then I'll rate them again. Lol.
Literally by far the best experience! This dentistry is calming. Everyone here are so kind! I definitely advice anyone with dental needs to come here! Aspen does make a difference with your overall needs!
First visit, terrible. Turned out the reason why it was so terrible was because of the fill-in for the front office where they had given away my confirmed appointment and the fill-in person didn't seem very inclined to help and gave the impression she was clueless. She had let me walk away with a broken tooth and a missing filling.
Second visit, MUCH MUCH better. In and out in reasonable time. Went over my treatment and pricing estimates. People seemed friendly enough. As long as that fill-in person doesn't fill in anymore, I'm inclined to go back. My only complaint-which can't be helped-is that it's fairly difficult to get into due to being so close to Chipotle and Checkers. But that I can overlook.
The staff was amazing. Jackie Dr Lakota I and Martika assisted me and they were amazing I will continue to go to Aspen dental
Everyone at Aspen, on Cypress Garden Blvd, are very nice and helpful. The only reason that I rated 3 stars was that the dentist, who was very good, nice and knowledgeable, just would not numb me up enough. I told him that the air, from the drill, was hurting the sensitive teeth around the tooth being worked on. Then, I had to have a tooth pulled. That really hurt! He did stop, but then insisted that it was pressure I was feeling and not pain. I have had three or four teeth pulled prior to this one. I do know what the pressure feels like. This was stinging, hurtful pain and not just pressure. Because of these two painful experiences, I hate to say that I will not be returning to Aspen Dental. What a shame because everyone, including the dentist, are just so nice and helpful. I just do not like the pain.
Brandy is very rude! I would never speak to patients the way she went off on me over the phone. I hope the manager has a chance to listen to the conversation. I know if I ever spoke to customer that way, I would be fired!
Some clear gel on lips to make them more pliable would have made the experience of having to open mouth wide for almost 2 hours more comfortable. Dentist could speak up when asking you to turn head, etc.a bit also. Otherwise, good.
This was my first time with Aspen Dental and I was very pleased with the way I was treated, the people that work there were so nice to me and made me feel like I was a friend
There wasn't much of a wait time. The employees were very professional, but the drawback for me is that they operate like a marketing industry.

This is an excellent place to be if your in need of dental help! Brandy Reynolds and Lynn are absolutely amazing they took such great care of me with setting up my plan to Lynn rescuing my teeth they are on there way to healing and getting healthy! Place very clean. Nice people and super professional. Use sophisticated tools that make you suffer less. But. Everybody knows treatments and procedures are so expensive and I don't have a dental insurance.even with the loans available with 3rd party. $13,000 cost to make me smile again I can't even qualify to get that loan. But overall recommend to whom can afford it.
Was in alot of pain walked in and they took care of me right away, even though they where busy! Would highly recommend this office
Did not believe my wife when she told them she was not numb before pulling her tooth. Caused unnecessary pain. Her screams were so loud they could be heard outside. Took them 45 minutes to get the prescription for pain meds to the pharmacy right behind their store. 45 minutes of extra time my wife was in massive pain and unable to lessen it.
For the most part it was great. However, I had a very important question that arose right after I left so I called them. The person that answered the phone really didn’t want to help me and my question was never answered.
The people of the facility took their time explained the situation, and yet still maintained a friendly experienced. Now I'm even more excited about finishing with my procedure, thank you.
Some people go through mentel issues and do not take care of their teeth & gums, which happened to me. I felt shame and insecure by the dentist when he should have told me these things happen and incurraged me that we can get on track now but he rolled his eyes, shoke his head negatively, and negative siges. I however was grateful they got me an emergency appt for my broken tooyh.
