I am writing this review of our new CAM, Heather Caban. When We first moved into Wellington, Heather could not have been nicer, or more helpful to us learning everything about our new community. Last year I was elected to the Patio HOA Board, and my positive experiences with Heather have grown tremendously! She is the most helpful, and nicest person you could deal with. I have no doubts she will be the best CAM this community has ever had. As the Patio Board secretary, I have many dealings with her, and could not ask for a better person. I am not trying to
brag about myself, but I think I can say that I have a good reputation in our community as to be the person to contact with an issue, or problem.
And, I have to say that ALL the people I speak with have nothing but the
highest praise for Heather. Associa can be proud to have Heather as one
of their employees, as we are as proud as having her as our CAM.

From the time we arrived at Tides of pelican Landing Lynda Swart (onsite) has been extremely helpful, responsive and clear with communications. It is often difficult to get information or responses when you are a rental tenant, but Associa has made it easy for us to get whatever we needed in a timely fashion.

I have owned in the tides for about 5 years now. The Tides now has a great board and excellent staff in the office and on the grounds. I do rent my unit and my renters are also excellent. I am extremely pleased with the progress this board has made, despite hurricanes and Covid they are doing a great job! Highly recommend!

I always call Mandy Brittain when I want accurate answers to my questions about our Silverthorn subdivision. I have never lived in a gated community before so have to understand the rules and restrictions. If Mandy isn't immediately available, she returns her messages in a timely manner. She continues to make the residents here her top priority.

I cannot say enough for Rachel, our CAM, for our resort. She gives 110%! She has been an asset to our association working with our current board to ensure things get done and done right! As a new board we inherited many maintenance issues and roster issues and we were able to things put in order as they should be with the help of Rachel.

The current property managers are excellent, Linda Swart was very
helpful in helping me obtain what is necessary. I am keeping her in
mind if I know of anyone requiring a property manager.

Lynda Swart and Terri Memory at Associa Gulf Coast are a pleasure to work with. They are professional and extremely responsive to any issue or concern I have had.

As agent myself I'm always excited to work along side with Associa Gulf Coast specially with Lynda Swart she's amazing and goes above and beyond each time. Thank you so much i appreciated your prompt responses and professionalism

Heather Brokaw is our Associa CAM. After several useless CAMs, we have Heather who is fantastic. She is immediately responsive to all our needs. Although we're a very small community within a larger luxury community, she treats us with great respect and importance. 100%!

Mandy Brittain, the Administrative Asstistant at the Silverthorn office, was especially helpful to me being a new member of the ARC committee. She showed me the ropes of the process and assisted me with the computer entries. She always has a smile and is an asset to the organization! Thank you Mandy!

Had the worst experience dealing with Dave Griffith. I don't know why or how he has a job. Considering i pay my hoa dues which pay his salary i am still lost on thought how that disrespectful unprofessional human being has a job.

Admirals Isle has always received great support from Heather. She works with Pablo on our landscaping to ensure all plants are carefully selected for the neighborhood.

Mandy in the Silverthorn HOA office is wonderful! She listens carefully, is helpful, very competent and kind.

Silverthorn is a community of 800 homes and our management team is exceptional. It isn't easy working with residents that don't follow the HOA rules. Jack and Mandy are very knowledgeable and respectably deal with the situation. I served on a Architectural Committee that decided if the request the resident submits meet the regulations for the community. If a request is denied the front desk is their first stop to voice their disappointment. The public can be difficult at times and tempers flair, but our office team are very good at their jobs in diffusing the situations. It is important to let their employer know that the residents of our community think they do a stellar job. Kudos to Mandy and Jack.

Mandy is wonderful. I live in Silverthorn and anytime I direct a question to our office the response time is immediate. I feel Mandy goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels taken care of and special and she does a great job doing so! Thank you Mandy for everything you do to make my life easier. Diane T.

Debbie Ahrens was fantastic on the telephone. I wish all customer service reps were as nice and friendly as Debbie.

I knew i was asking the impossible but I was not getting anywhere with the borrower so i happened to email Deborah Ahrens my request who turned this heavy task around quickly for my borrower.she was super helpful and very responsive. Great job.
