Our son had an injury lawsuit with a large corporate entity but the attorney he had retained had done essentially nothing and he informed us he was going to change firms. He unexpectedly passed and we did not know who he had selected. A few days after he passed I received a call, on my son's cell phone, from a representative of Bruce Scheiner and Associates in reference to a schedule appointment. I told the person that we knew did not know the status of the case and requested to speak with someone. Mark Miller was assigned as counsel. We had many conversations and I am glad to say that the case was finally resolved late 2023. They are liars and misrepresented me causing $800 in damages by filing a pip claim when I told them not too and they did this the day they dropped my case. Myself and a family told them I had no insurance and I even spoke to Bruce who also said they wouldn't as I had no insurance.now I lost my auto insurance and behind on my bills because I have to find a company to insure me buts it's hard as I now have material misreprestion against me due to these horrible people. I will be contacting the local bar admins and have interviews with wink and Fox news to expose this group. As you can see they are lying and refused to accept they violated attorney client privilege when told I don't have insurance don't file a claim and do so you sir have lied and failed horribly. If your reading this do not use them they continue to lie and refuse to accept they did wrong. They are professional liars stay away from them!

First off I would like to thank Attorney Dan Dalesandro for doing an awesome job on my case. Dan worked diligently on my case and it shows. He worked 2 of my cases because they were back to back cases 7 months apart from each other and fortunately I got into 2 accidents that were both not my fault. Both rear-ended and slammed into the back of and one totaled Of my car, the other one damaged my car pretty good but. The best decision I have ever made was choosing PJ Scheiner and his outstanding team to represent me.
My car was the last one in a fully stopped line of cars on the highway near my exit. I was very seriously injured by a distracted truck driver, who, traveling at high speed, did not see the fully stopped line of cars ahead of his vehicle. He directly struck the back of my car, which caused my car to hit the truck in front of me and then spin across all southbound traffic lanes to the left, where my car was stopped by the guard rail.

Getting into small car accidents is never ideal; a major one however, completely derailed my life. A week after Ian, I was t-boned and (to add insult to injury) I was wrongfully blamed for the incident. A less than ideal situation.

Being involved in a scary car accident can be more than scary, I was LOST! I called Bruce L. Scheiner for help and was given the most polite, warm, soft spoken attorney just perfect for me! Me suffering from PTSD from a near fatal car crash 30 years ago! When a crazy person ran my pregnant self and my two other children off the road on our way to church one Sunday morning where our car rolled 3 times collapsing both lungs broke my neck in 2 places hole in my diaphragm and the stem to the rear view mirror was in my pregnant belly just barely missing the baby! Only telling you this part of the story because myself along with my unborn child were supposed to die that day! God had another plan I was a mess over this new accident where this crazy person speeding down a city street doing 53 mph hits the back of my car so hard the bottom of my SUV fell off and every air bag blew! This amazing soft spoken attorney walked me through all the stuff that was giving me such anxiety I would start to go into panic attacks it’s a horrible thing I promise you!
