Olga Forman, PA-C has been running the Clermont Office for at least the last year. During that time she has devoted her efforts to assist the many
residents who need help. Olga is a credit to her profession.

Had an appointment with Associates in Dermatology recently and just had to do a review. Olga Forman and her assistant were awesome. They made you feel very comfortable and their rooms were very clean and they practiced social distancing. I was putting off my appointment because of the pandemic but glad I went. You will feel very safe there. I have had a few appointments with this office and was glad to see that Olga was still there, she is great. Thank you

Husband went and saw Olga who recommended he start a new medication. She went over the dosing and information in the room. After the visit, the MA called the house stating they needed medical records from previous provider. I called the provider and, while on the phone with them, they sent over the records (and requested Associate's in Dermatology records as this is a rheumatologist). I followed up to coordinate the insurance for the medication and they stated they needed the medical records. I informed them they were sent but she couldn't find them (it's all electronic so now I wonder whether his records are in someone else's EMR!). I was then told a 2nd appointment was needed so she could go over the medication dosing before prescribing. Olga had already done that on the first visit! This place is a rip off and just wanted him back to be able to charge for another office visit. She also prescribed some new topical creams which he's discontinued because it's peeling the skin off his face! You will also only be seen by a mid level as I was told there's only 1 physician for the 15 area locations. If I could give 0 stars, I would have. Stay away from this shady place!

Olga Forman is outstanding, pleasant and very efficient. It was a pleasure meeting her. Just wonderful. Her assistance Norma, also very pleasant and very nice to be with. Excellent office and staff. I have been coming to this office since I moved to Florida 7 years ago. I have had many procedures done, and I have no complaints. Olga Forman is a kind, caring professional. I highly recommend this practice.

I do not recommend this place they tried to charge me more money than what I supposed to pay the front desk lady was really rude when I complain that I was getting charged more than what I supposed to pay She claimed that was what the insurances told her when I called the insurance they told me they never contact them. I do not recommend anybody to go there. + the person who was going to see me is not even a doctor miss Olga is associate not a doctor

I have been a patient of Associates in Dermatology for the past five years. I have visited most of their locations. Not sure why I see some negative reviews. I have never had a bad experience and staff at all of the locations I have been to (Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont, Dr Phillips and Ocoee) have always treated me very nicely and professionally. They have an excellent team of Doctors and Nurse Practitioners!

Do not visit this office nor any owned by this company. I got charged a second time for a visit from 2 years ago and am having to jump over so many hoops to get this resolved. I've been trying to work with them for a month and still haven't got a resolution. They need a better system for responding to customers. Not having a direct number is such a pain. All that you get is a voicemail that says to leave your name and information which half the time when you do you do not get a call back.

Had a great experience with Ms Forman she was very patient and personable. And her assistant made me comfortable even when I was a nervous wreck. Ty Sunny C-M.

My first visit went well but 6 months later I needed a biopsy on a spot on my face and it was confirmed as basal cell carcinoma. I was so upset. They scheduled surgery over the phone with no additional consultation, after doing my own research on mohs I wasn’t feeling comfortable with the way they handled it, and not knowing who would perform the surgery, etc. I decided to switch providers but getting my medical records was not as simple and straightforward as I expected. It caused a couple wks delay and I was very dissatisfied with customer service and the lack of personable care throughout the process. You basically have to walk into the office if you do have a question, and reaching the medical records department via phone was impossible, I never did get a return call. I will not be returning here for any future skin care needs.

Going into this I wasn’t sure if there was a better or best in the field but after settling on a new dermatologist in Orlando where the care and experience was completely different I’m confident in my decision and glad I did a little research.

I had an excellent experience here today. Grace and her team took their time as I did not feel rushed getting a check up and they answered all my questions and minimal wait time.

Not sure why this place has bad reviews. The wait was minimal. The nurse practitioner that saw me has excellent bed side manner and listened to all my concerns and gave me real skin care advice.

She suggested both prescription and over the counter solutions to my situation.

I saw Victoria last week for a skin check and I would highly recommend her. She was helpful, thoughtful and very professional!

We went for our first visit today. Upon arrival we were told they were shorthanded and were running at least forty minutes behind schedule. Since my husband and I each had an appointment, twenty minutes apart, we knew this would mean a long wait but we decided to wait anyway. Five minutes later the receptionist called me to the desk and notified me that my husband was not scheduled after all. We showed her the text he got when I made the appointments, but she said someone else was booked in his slot. There was nothing they could do about it and they were already behind schedule, so we decided to just cancel. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic but it would seem this particular office has some organizational problems. We had to jump through some serious hoops to be there today, so it was very disappointing.
