If you care about the person in your life and yourself, you won't go to this "practice. " Worst I have ever dealt with and I've worked in Healthcare administration for 11 years so I've see it all.

I'm constantly getting bills. All I had done was some lab work and an appointment to go over the work. I keep getting bills and I have insurance.

Great attention at the reception. Nurses are amazing and Dr. María Jaimes is the best. I feel lucky having her as my PCP.

Scammers, Linda in the billing department is very unprofessional and not willing to help, The previous billing department lady that had accent from the islands also lied with her notes on our call, leaving out information that she stated to me and put her own notes both have terrible attitudes/customer service skills/ refuse to take responsibility for the lies/mis-information provided by the MD associates team. I will be reporting this office to consumer affairs.

Julie is always friendly. Dr. Zelch is great but sometimes he seems like he’s always in a rush on the next patient.

I guess things become short-lived at times. When I first started coming here. Things were fine, but I quickly found out that some of them are liers. Wish that I never left my old doctor. Will never recommend someone to this office and wish I could rate as a zero, but sadly cannot. Wish you luck. Those of you who will go to this office and maybe it just me that they wanted to push to the side or save their own behind.

I love it The staff is very efficient iand courteous, I never have a long wait for my appointment. The doctors are excellent if you have any issues there’s always a manager iand the managers are excellent they can help you with any issues you may have this with your insurance or anything else they are you great if they can’t help They can guide you.as I say I love it there I love everyone there they are all excellent. My Dr Kirenia Santiuste she is an excellent Dr. She is all way ahead of the problem with a solution admirable. She truly is an honestly carrying exceptional human being. The entire staff is Outstanding, Professional, and Caring. Dr. Glassman is our doctor and he is Outstanding, takes all the time you need to ensure all of your medical questions are answered and you fully understand all of your medical details. I have to give special mention to our Outstanding Medical Office Manager Ms. Jennifer who took the time to help build us into the AssociatesMD medical system in no time, and so patiently took the time to answer all of our questions, Tee and Deandra are the best medical assistants you could ask for. Kirenia Santiuste is something special! She not only cares for you but also keeps track of your family members. My mom has dimentia and she always asks about her. Very happy patient!

The Nurse and Doctor were great, but getting my referrals was difficult.
After several phone calls and repeating myself it was finally resolved.
I would suggest your office try to refine your referral process.
It's why I left my last PCP after 18 years!

Ozzie is the best nurse in the universe. She is very caring and knowledgeable and most of all helpful. Allie is fantastic. She is very helpful and a big asset to the company. Dr Zelch is the best.
