Amazing staff that truly care about their patients. Nurse Jannia Estrella took care of my medical needs.she demonstrate empathy and was very giving and caring. I have what they call bad veins but she managed to get my blood at the 1st try. So glad I was connected with Associates MD

I've been going to see Dr. Katanick and Kerri for many, many, years. Dr. Katanick is the most caring and amazing doctor I've ever had. And Kerri is the icing on the cake because she's always here for me when I need anything. Thank you you to amazing ladies! I don't know what I would do without your amazing care.

This office lacks in communication, knowledge and professionalism. My father waited over 2 hours to be seen. Turned out he was never checked in. My father did a cologuard test and was not advised he would receive a bill. We received over a $600 bill. Cologuard is covered by insurance however the office must submit a prior authorization for Avmed insurance only. That was never done and when I spoke to Dorris (manager) she did not know. Her response was “we usually do not order this test”. I personally filled out all the forms needed to have this covered all that was needed was signature. This was over a week ago and I checked off for “stat” meaning turn around time is no longer than 72 hours. I have called twice since last week and emailed her as well with no response. Instead a manager from urgent care decided to assist me. This manager sent the forms and confirmed it was sent to one fax when it was to go to separate locations. Meaning the work that I accomplished for this office was not properly taken care of. Today I call to speak to Doris to check in the status and for a new concern. No call back still. No email update. My father gets blood work done frequently due to diabetes and other health issues. He got blood work done yesterday, upon reviewing results today through quest an A1c was never performed. I called to have that test added. The medical assistant stated she would provide my father with another order. Lack of knowledge! Laboratory holds blood up to 7 days. All that needs to be done is call Quest and add the test. This office lacks so much knowledge. I have managed a medical department in my past and I have never experienced or seen the lack of care and profession of staff and mainly Doris. I currently work in primary care. This is far from unacceptable. I do not recommend this facility. My father cologuard was positive these issues are the last thing any patient should be concerned about.

Dr Jeff is the best doctor ever, he takes care of my entire family like we are his family.
