C/0 ams, is useless, don't use them if your in an h.o. A, if you purchase a house and they control h.o a, do not buy.

Horrible, they want their money every month and do not follow through to see vendors do their job correctly. No one working there stays for long. We have a new Cam 3 to 6 months constantly. Owner is just as bad. I wish our president would kick them to the curb.
