I wish more of the service providers that I use at my home were like APS. APS comes when they're expected and they are happy to explain what they're doing and are willing to answer your questions fully. Chris came to service my generator this past week and he was extremely pleasant polite and professional. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

They came and diagnosed the problem fixed it then explained in detail what went wrong. The technician showed me the faulty part and tild me about the app for the generator. I called the offuce and the girl walked me through the app while i was on the phone with her which was extremely helpull. I real appreciate thier professional service! Thank you aps team!

Luckily a local power outage this weekend indicted to us our generator was unable to run despite the testing running fine the weekend before.
Within 2 hours of calling on a Saturday, we were getting service, needed a new battery, along with a couple other parts.
Will get regular tune up next week.

Ever since 2016, when we contracted with APS to maintain our Generac diesel generator, the service has been timely, polite, thorough, and professional. I regularly check the oil, water and fuel levels. Everything else we leave to APS. It has never failed to be there when we needed backup power.

I am in a process of getting estimates regarding installment of a generator in our Florida home. Robert Smith from Assurance Power System not only showed on time but also gave me a call beforehand alerting me to the exact time he would be coming. He came across as a professional, knowledgeable and competent person and, in addition, as a very kind and courteous one. He took his time to explain all the details to me and answered all my questions with patience. I truly appreciated his service. Since this was a very good experience to begin with, I seriously consider APS to install my generator.

With all the horror stories, you hear today of service companies this is not one of them from the first day until the day everything was signed off. They were very professional, very open in their communication kept their timeline the only delays that we had room were from the city inspector, who asked for additional things which they had no issue in doing I would highly recommend this organization.

Carlos Ramos did an inspection at my home and suggested installing a surge protector, which i agreed to. Very professional, polite, informative, fast service. Appreciate all the info he provided and suggestions he made and learned they do other electrical work. I would highly recommend APS & will use again in future. Thanks Carlos!

Tyler couldn’t have been more helpful. He explained how to determine the right size generator for our needs and located and told us the size of our propane tank. Tyler called to tell us when he would arrive and arrived on time. A very positive experience.

The Technician Marcos was very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. All of his work was performed with a caring attitude and professionally completed. This gentleman is a true asset to your company and represented the APS brand in a manner that solidified the customer’s loyalty.

Danley was very professional in recommending repairs/upgrades to our electrical systems. He gave us firm quotes and did the work efficiently. We were very happy with Dan's work, and he is a pleasure to work with.

I will definitely be using Charles in the future for my electrical needs. We have a contract with APS for our whole house generator and so far we are very pleased with the level of service provided. Always punctual, excellent communication and top notch service and reliability. Highly recommended!

Assurance Power Systems installed our generator 2 years ago. Everything from the estimate to the installation went better then planned. We sign up every year for their maintenance program and couldn’t be happier. It’s effortless.

We always deal directly with Kimberly Warner. She has been so wonderful, she gets back to us immediately and she always has an answer for us. Kimberley has never redirected me to another department, she always handled our concerns and gets back with an answer. She’s very calming, pleasant and professional.
