Assure America Title Company, Boca Raton FL

It's been two months that I have been asking for my money and Trish will not call me back and this company will not give me my money which the property sold for two months ago. I wish I never hired these people.

ASSURE AMERICA TITLE! WOW such an amazing, helpful, honest company! Seemed to be very organized, and educated on everything I needed! They are such a great knowledgeable team. Had a blast at the Closing, shout out to Deborah Kerns and Trish Keller at the Boca Raton office!

Deborah Kerns is absolutely amazing! She was sweet, friendly, and made everything so easy for me to understand. The company as a whole really knows their stuff too.

Closed on my house in delray and I have to say this was a such a seamless, and quick process. Deb and Trish helped me with all the correspondence and paperwork. I came in for my final closing and sat with Sandy who was so pleasant and had everything all prepared and copies in a folder for my records. Closings can be super emotional and stressful but the staff at assure made it super easy. I recommend them and will use them for sure on any future closings.thank you guys:)

LAZY WOULD BE A GOOD WORD. POOR SERVICE 100%! WE ARE 2 DAYS FROM CLOSING ON A CASH DEAL. THEY WAIT TILL LAST MINUTE TO ORDER EVERYTHING AND I HAVE BEEN INFORMED WE ARE STILL WAITING ON PAYOFFS AND THE ESTOPPEL FROM BOTH HOA'S. Cash deal and title waited till 10/22 to order payoffs even though they had it weeks earlier. They told me they only order 10 days prior to closing date. Then they did a rush estoppel which I'm sure they will try to bill my seller for. By the practice they follow, them waiting until ten (10) days prior to closing to order estoppels and payoff letters, it is a very poor practice and It almost ensures that there will be a delay in closing, as these items will not come in time. Estoppels take ten (10) business days to process. Lazy maybe too nice for them! Terrible is a better word for them. Also, don't expect a call back the same day! Don't expect a call back in 2 days.maybe 3, if they feel like it!

As a real estate professional, having the best for my clients is my number one priority, Assure never disappoints! Their staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and always a pleasure to deal with. This was no where near my first experience with a title insurance company but by far the worst. Unpleasant greetings on the phone, long delays, false promises, confusion over where my keys were. I still am waiting for a followup to my email over 2 weeks later. Owner blamed covid after I reached out but it does not excuse everything that transpired.

Despite very clear instructions from my attorney at closing, this company drafted a deed with incorrect information. Even worse, after we advised it was wrong, they spent weeks telling my counsel they would correct it, and then recorded the wrong deed! Now, weeks later they have still not undertaken any efforts to fix this situation.

DO NOT LET YOUR CLOSING COUNSEL USE THIS COMPANY.

Francina was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable in what she did. The whole team is great. It starts when you call the office and whom every answers the phone you will get a cheerful voice and Great service. Myeisha was wonderful and very helpful during my process too. Any questions I had she had answers.
Assure Title got my deal closed in record time. I was done with the signing in 45 minutes. They explained and answered all my questions
