I highly recommend Aston Martin orlando and their outstanding GM Paulo. I am based in miami and my Range Rover was expiring and I was looking for an Aston DBX. I ended up buying a beautiful, slightly preowned Dbx from this dealer. The condition of the car was pristine as Paulo said it would be. The staff acted professionally and responsively at all times. As an indication of my comfort level with the dealership, I bought the car without seeing it in person and did the deal with DocuSign and wire transfer and car was shipped to me in miami. * Updated Review 12/11/23: My lease for my 2020 Vantage was expiring and stopped in a few times to explore my options. Just like I said in my original review, the whole team at Aston Orlando are world class. They supported me in exploring my options without being salesy in any way. At the end of the day I decided to go from the Vantage to the DBX and found one in the same China Grey as my Vantage, which I love. The car is beautiful and now I can actually fit the family in it! Damien, Paulo and Nicholas were an absolute pleasure to work with and made the buying process so easy and stress free. Whenever I come into the dealership they make me feel like family and even offer me an office when I am in for service to get work done. Truly continues to be the best car buying experience in my life by far.

Original Review: I had come in a few times over the last year to take a look at their Aston Martins and each time was treated incredibly well. Never any pressure to buy or do something that day. Finally pulled the trigger a few days ago and traded in my LC 500 for a 2020 Vantage. The car is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

The entire experience was first class. The whole team there was beyond helpful and friendly. Paulo who I have been working with since the first time I came in was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed after my first visit and put together a variety of options for a deal but was never pushy. Made the entire process on the day really enjoyable. Jimmy was also amazing to work with. He gave me all the info on add ons like wheel and tire protection but wasn’t salesy or pushy in anyway. You could tell both actually cared about taking care of the customer first and foremost.

If you are in the market for an Aston or Jaguar I highly recommend visiting them!

I visited this Orlando location while on vacation. The service manager Dave Itwaru facilitated my repair without an appointment. He was very detailed and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and had my vehicle hand washed and returned to me quickly. Best Aston Martin service experience I’ve ever had. Of the many cars Ive purchased I have never had a better experience then at Aston Martin of Orlando. I met with Damien who was as relaxed and pleasant to deal with as any salesmen ever. Not only was he no pressure, he went above and beyond what I asked for or expected.

Just when I thought this man was unique in automotive sales, I met Nicholas, the F&I Manager. He was equally relaxed with no pressure sales.

Finally I met with Paulo the General Sales Manager. A real gentleman. He has done well to assemble a team that examplifies his ultra professional standards.

These guys are awesome. I messed them around for 2 months making my mind up. Never gave me a hard sales push. Were transparent about the best price, great finance team, seamless online easy paperwork, brought the car to my house for a test drive and then delivered the car as I was stacked at work. I have bought my first DB11 from them in 2019 and onto my second one now. I have been going to them for my servicing. Don Byrd has always been very helpful, insightful and accommodating to my needs based on my schedule etc. Dave Itwaru has been extremely attentive and always available readily when I need to make my appointments. I could not be happier with them who know how to take good care of my “baby”!

My experience at the Aston Martin Orlando dealership has been phenomenal. This due the staff that makes the experience so seamless.

Dave Itwaru always helps me get the car in when needed (and this is hardly ever). He works around my schedule to have the car around my time. Furthermore, him and Paulo are some of the noblest people never looking to oversell you. This is the real deal place and recommend going here. Peter, the owner, obviously leads by example and his employees are the best.

When I decided to purchase my first Aston Martin, I visited my local dealership here in Orlando and was greeted by Paulo Amaral who gave me a tour of the facility and the cars he had in inventory. During our conversation I explained to Paulo that I was looking for a particular spec which sadly they did not have a car with that spec in house at that time, Paulo told me he would have a search for a car and let me know if he finds one close to my spec. I visited the showroom a few times over the next few months after receiving calls from Paulo regarding new cars he had in the showroom. My last visit proved to be the one as I purchased my very first Aston Martin.
My experience at this dealership proved to be exactly what you would expect at a dealership that sells Aston Martins, Paulo and his staff were extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable on their product line, definitely a five star organization.
