Astorwood Apartments, Stuart FL

I’m new to astorwood apartments I got the remodeled 2023 apartment I’m so inlove with it I’m super excited for my baby to be born and live in this amazing apartment rental office made my experience soo easy and well worth the experience.

I wanted to share the fact that after filling out an application for Astorwood. Afraid that I would not get an apartment. I opened the door to the office and received a friendly greeting along with a warm. His name is Juan. You see I have mobility issues and was worried about not getting because of my problems. Not only did I get an apartment Juan had one picked out with shade tree over the porch off the side of my apartment. I was unable to get into the apartment due to steps being to tall for me. Alex Mr fix it for the community put stepping stones in front of my door/ walkway up to my door. He made it possible for me to get safely in my door. Also want people to know that the property manager each time I go to the office comes out and comes down the ramp to see what I need. He says that he is doing that because he does not want me to fall. Want to live somewhere that people care about you. Astorwood Place is the place for you.

Astorwood apartments the price of rent in run down buildings has went up almost 1000 dollars in the last 12 months, price gouging of the poor, Stuart, Florida. These people are some of worst people on the planet.
I went to evictions over an addendum, of personal image rights. The manager and management company, are wicked people, an abyss of darkness. Hell waits for people like this. A smiling face, that desires to oppress. It is disturbing. Has income for this population increased a 1000$ a month in last 12 months? The fleecing of the poor. These people should be in jail. The manager Juan was amazing. He made our move to be what a move should be! Apartment is beautiful and clean and I couldn't be happier.

We love living at Astorwood Apartments. The location is perfect and close to the beach and restaurants.

These apartments are still trash. I just needed to ensure my rental reference wasn’t messed up while moving. Yes I always pay my rent on time. Mold in the AC vents. The renovation was no renovation it was just paint over old wallpsper. Ac did not cool the entire apartment well. Now I don’t know if it was rats or lizards in the ceiling but I would absolutely not rent at Astor wood unless you had to $1300 a month they are a REAL joke. Let me be realistic a trailer would be nicer.

I’m a single mom. So yeah I can’t afford to rent a 2 bedroom for 2k + a month and at the time childcare for my daughter. I literally don’t qualify for anything so all of this stuff is super expensive. Juan just seemed fake. But I had no issues with him. The Maintenance guy was awesome. Someone asked me how much do I pay for this place, like $900. Lol I wish. I kinda feel like he didn’t even believe me when I said $1,300. My honest opinion Astorwood is at Max worth $395 the rent prices are stupid around here. I forgot to edit this! They ask for reviews the second you walk in the office BTW!

I am renewing my lease, Astorwood is a clean, quiet and friendly community. I am also impressed with the professionalism that this community manages and maintains. I recommend it 100%.

Great place to live. The management are on top of everything, neighbors are very friendly to live with! Really is a family! Close to everything Stuart offers. Total package

I lived there for a little more than a year. The property manager, Juan, was amazing. He always checked on us. The maintenance team was incredible. Whenever there was an issue, they made sure to either fix it first thing in the morning or the second they would be done with any tasks.

I just completed my application process and did my move-in walk through. The place looks in good condition, freshly cleaned and painted. The leasing office has been so kind and flexible as well helping me to secure the place and move in. The new laundry facility looks like it will be nice to use, as well. Looking forward to living here.

My neighbors and I are very happy to have a safe and convenient way to do laundry, but also to operate the machines through the app from a mobile device!

Im writing a post under my sister in laws name. My is Grace hensley i am a tenant there and its wonderful living here. Its quiet. Peaceful the office staff are so polite and caring. If you have a problem they make a solution for you. Love it here. Jc is the property manager. He is the BEST! Been here 3 years!

A very friendly community and I love how the management maintains the community. Dog friendly neighborhood and great location. Juan and Darnell are AMAZING! They are very easy to get along with and they are genuine people. Easy to live here. I will also renew my lease

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 2 years and just renewed my lease for the 3rd year. It is one of the cheaper renting options in the area, and is a quiet and family friendly neighborhood. All of the neighbors are nice and I haven’t had any issues. JC, the property manager, has always addressed my concerns in a timely manner and is very professional. The maintenance guy is also very nice and handles any questions quickly! JC made my renewal for my lease very easy during this time of COVID-19 and it’s greatly appreciated. ️
