Very good experience. Called because my rear bike tire was flat. Got there and Daniel said could fix it if wanted to wait. Only took 15 min. Daniel was very friendly, helpful and great customer service.awesome young man. He also explained something to do in case gets flat again. Thank you for fixing so quick and will definitely be back for tuneups and if upgrade to a better bike in the future.

I had recently purchased this bike used. However someone else had put the wrong chain on it. These guys had it done within an hour to replace the chain. Very talented and friendly staff. Plus there's a cute doggie in there. Highly recommend this shop. They're top shelf. Thank you Astro Cycles for making my day.

Great group of people working here I've been having issues with my bike going flat constantly and they fix it up and get me out as soon as they can

Stopped by Astro a bit ago. I spoke with Kyle about some BMX issues and he was very knowledgeable. I'm definitely coming back again!

Dropped my bike and they took almost 2 weeks to repair the front derailleur. One month later same issue, they didn’t solve the problem.

Additionally, you guys should provide a better customer service

I have a ebike and it was badly damaged, and needed some vital parts. I took it to Astro Cycles and they went above and beyond for me to fix my bike. I got my bike back today and it rides better then ever. Now get this, they are not done! I've paid my bill, got my bike and they are looking into the bike company to see if there is any kind of warranty that might help me out. I would strongly recommend Astro Cycles to anyone.

Took bike in for spokes and a broken brake cable. Did an excellent job and the price was fantastic. If you need repair this is your place to go.

Took my son here to get his tire fixed. Alex and crew handled it right then and there. In and out in like 10 minutes. He took the time to show my son how to fix it in the future too. Very positive experience.

Integrity and Price. This is what you will find at Astro Cycles. I already wrote one review when I picked up my bikes, however, I felt Astro deserve a second review. The promises that were made during the sale were carried through which is pretty much unheard of these days. I bought 2 Aventon eBikes and at the time Aventon was running a corporate promotion on their website. I asked if they would honor the corporate promotions on the Aventon website and I was assured they would however, they had to order the bonus accessories. (The other Aventon Dealer I went to would not honor the corporate promotions.) Once the accessories came in I got a call from Brad the owner telling me they were ready to pick-up. If you want to be treated like a VIP, you need to buy your bikes here at Astro Cycles. You will be glad you did.

Astro cycles is the BEST Bike Shop I have ever been to in my life! They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and so courteous. Everytime I am in this bike store with my husband they provide the best customer service you could ask for. They allow you to test ride the bikes and answer any an all questions we asked. They only bring smiles to your face and heart! I purchased a beautiful Cult Bike at a phenomenal price and beyond satisfied with my purchase! I want to give a special shout out to Daniel for being so patient, sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. His customer service skills are unforgettable! Brad was amazing! We went between shops to look at bikes for my husband and he rode his bike to meet us! The entire staff was so friendly and helped us pick out the perfect bikes for both of us! Great bunch of guys and great prices! Highly recommend them

Daniel my service tech assessed my repair situation with my bicycle and promptly gave me recommendations and price quote. I was happily in and out in under a hour. I must have luckily walked in before they were back logged with work orders. Daniel was welcoming and professional. His advice were pragmatic and geared to my intended usual use and activity I do with my bicycle. Two thumbs up in my book.

Bought a used ebike from a private party. Needed a new rear wheel assembly, shifter, cartridge, etc. Took it here to get it tuned after I put it all back together. They tuned what I needed and identified that I needed a new x crankset. They ordered the special crankset and installed it for me. Alex did an amazing job! Highly recommend!

By far the worst Bike Shop I've ever dealt with. I spent $3,000 with this shop and they gave me run around with warranty repairs on brakes through Magnum. They're a liar saying they ordered the parts but never were ordered but in fact there status of an authorized shop of Magnum has been revoked as far as I can believe. I called and check with Magnum on the fact that they say they've emailed them and that the parts are being shipped. Which is not correct. They have no record of Astral Cycles placing a warranty order for my parts. Magnum couldn't never find anything on file. Leaving me hanging on a bike I spent a lot of money on and never could get the service from the authorized dealer they claim to be. You're nuts if you want to deal with this place for a electric bike. Or maybe any other bike.

This is the best place to get a bike. The bikes were great and the manager told us about an awesome spot to take them! Highly recommend!
