Asturia - A Hines Community, Odessa FL

Amazing community with caring, close-knit neighbors. Amenities focus on trails and a pool with full gym. Not as big as Starkey Ranch or Bexley, but it is quaint and those places are close enough to access quickly. Still waiting on retail to come in the front of the neighborhood.

Over crowded community full of northerners who dont know a nice place to live from a swamp.

Awesome community with quality builders like David weekly. Best and peaceful community with very good neighborhoods and good schools around!

We've lived here for just over a year and love our ICI home! I love the simplicity and the people. There's plenty to do with families and look forward to enjoying the community activities after COVID-19 ends!

Asturia cdd is grossly mis-managed 2 assessments in 3 years and the hoa has even issues an assessment already.if you value your wallet you will stay away.

I'll improve this review when we get a traffic light! The intersection with 54 is incredibly dangerous and we were promised a traffic light!

If you are in the market for overpriced cookie cutter homes on small lots, this is another place for you.
