ATI has been fantastic to work with, namely the technician Josh, who has very kindly gone well above and beyond to help support my and my dogs' safety in the face of a mold issue. He was under no obligation to do any further work, but he understood the seriousness of the situation and found a temporary workaround while we were in a holding pattern with logistical approvals. Repairs are still ongoing, but this has been a great first step. Please continue to hire and encourage staff who are compassionate, get the job done, and see people as more than customers. Thank you Josh and ATI!

ATI and James Griffin went above and beyond to resolve our problem. James was amazing to work with and I’m truly grateful for his help to resolve our issue. James came in after we had a bad experience and completely fixed our issue and was very nice.

ATI is a great company. They did the demo and mold removal in my bathroom. I had the same crew for the whole process (about 2 weeks) and they were very pleasant and professional.

I am truly impressed with the knowledge and friendliness that Josh showed me and my wife while here.

We were pleased with our experience with ATI Restoration, after a pipe burst in the bathroom and caused water damage in the house. I was very impressed with Ryan Bliss (project manager) eagerness to get the work done to restore my house back to its original state. I found him to be trustworthy and professional and would recommend Ryan Bliss/ ATI Restoration to anyone with restoration needs!

The company did not restore our contents properly after the fire we had in the apartment. We were left with soot to clean ourselves. This included our personal contents, cabinets, countertops, and air vents.

EDIT: The Restoration Director and Management came immediately and remedied the mistakes. The workers claimed the previous workers did not take their time with the job. The apartment has now been appropriately remedied. While we were initially disappointed it was not done initially, ATI Restoration did an excellent job following up and providing solutions to this.

AVOID! Your job will NEVER get done. Had flooding in my 700 sqft living space and this company was hired by my insurance company. 4 months went by and they never even broke ground. All the employees of this company do is figure out how to stall you for another week or month without ever getting anything done. Very dishonest people who are incapable of keeping any kind of a timeline. Finally had insurance company cut us a check to find a contractor of our choice to do the job.
