Atlantic Dreamscapes Pavers, Cocoa FL

My wife and I had looked at other houses for many months, to find the pavers we liked. We called two other companies that really didnt want to work on finding these exact stones. Then we finally found this company. They came to our house and helped us customize our lay out. Not only that, then they drove us around to other sites to help us with our choice.

This comapny came out and did a fabulous job laying our pavers perfectly. Once they were completed, they walked the project with me to see if there was anything I was not satisfied with. There really wasnt much.maybe 1 or two chipped pavers. They changed them out in 15 minutes. Then they told me they would be back within 30 days to power wash my pavers and grout and seal the job. I was totally blown away by thier professionalism, their service, their follow ups.and the entire operation. The work crews cleaned up every day and i could see they respect their customers.

After all my pavers had settled for one month, they came back to power wash the driveway, thoroughly clean the surface, and spray a sealer on the sufrace. The Technician (DANIEL) made sure that every paver was perfect before he finalized and applied the sealer. Daniel did a Fantastic Job and he was a very knowledgeable tecnician, that was friendly, courteous, and professional.

I can honestly say that this company is a company that you can hire and trust that they are going to do a very professional job for you. They really go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. At the end if the day, there is No Better paver company in Brevard County.

Ok so this review is really over due. Atlantic Pavers did our Job a couple days before the July 4th weekend. We have been so busy working on projects of which have been directly connected to the paver work and needed those pavers to be done first I just never got to this review. The pavers were the ground work for Everything from a Gazebo with an outdoor kitchen and bar to landscape and decking. It all has come from that beautiful paver job that Atlantic pavers did for us. There were existing pavers at my home, of which much to my surprise when we hired them found out Atlantic Pavers had done the original job. They were familiar with the house and it's location and came out promptly to see what we wanted to do, gave us a reasonable price, with a quick turnaround time to start and were able to match the pavers from the first job. They came early in the AM right on schedule and let us know they were on their way, got in and out quickly for the size of that job, cleaned up like they'd never been there. They even raked out the piles of grass in the dirt that came from the area where the pavers went, of which I had them put in a low area rather than taking the dirt. This made my life much easier a week later as the grass dried nicely and I was able to rake it out and pick it up pretty quickly then. There was a minor issue in the size of the patio for the Gazebo and upon pointing this out the next day during inspection, a few guys were despatched with in 30 min and fixed the size issue promptly and were done and gone just as fast. Overall these pavers are beautiful and it gave us just what we needed to work with for the rest of our projects The patio and paths made a huge improvement in the look of our backyard. Great work, beautiful pavers, reasonable price and a friendly, efficient team. A+

Accomplished the paving and sealing on time according to our mutually agreed schedule. Quick response to messages or issues. Rapidly responded to the only issue with the paving (another company failed to properly cap an irrigation line creating a hole that caused several paving stones to settle. Rather than wait for the other company to fix their error, Atlantic Dreamscape capped the irrigation system and fixed the paving. Sealing was done wonderfully, Daniel even moved the furnature and completely cleaned the area rather than waiting for us to prepare the porch for sealing. Highest recommendations possible - finally a company you can trust.

These people are honest, reliable and they actually do what they say. They show up on time and they do great work. Daniel did an amazing job we have over 4000 ft of pavers and he has started cleaning sanding and resealing the pavers. The back pavers are finished and look brand new. I can't wait to see the front pavers looking just as beautiful. It really changes the look and feel of the area. I am super happy with the work and the crew from Atlantic Dreamscapes I would recommend them 100%

Daniel was amazing and worked very hard on a difficult job interrupted by torrential rain. He resanded and resealed a large paver patio. It cost him an extra day but he did not quit until the job was done. Atlantic is an awesome company with a fair price — not high and not low. For the work they did, they probably should have charged a little more. I will continue using their services in the future.

David explained in clear and complete detail each step of the project. I had my already existing pavers reset with new substrate and footers on the edge. We didn't have to remove our majestic oak. The workers were on time, polite, clean, and quick. The response was amazing! All questions answered, and the job was done on time! More than 5 stars!
