Doctor R really does not care. I would just go straight to an allergist if you have allergy problems or throat problems. I went into the office twice in less than two weeks and he did not find any problems with me. But acid re-flux. I know something is wrong with me when I sleep because I cant breathe good at all. Unfortunately he did not resolve any of my problems just ran up my insurance and I am still suffering.

Absolutely the worst place on earth, and a complete waste of time. The office staff failed to send over the patient portal link to the correct email address, which I had to later call back to make a second request. Then upon arrival to my appointment was turned away due to having a cough from allergies, which was the only reason the appointment was scheduled. Why take appointments if you are going to cancel them for the same reason they are made. That makes no sense at all. Don't waste a persons time in the first place even scheduling the appointment if you plan on cancelling it anyways. No courtesy phone call ahead of time to let me know about the cancellation, how rude. Wasted over 2 hours driving, which could have been resolved with a 2 min phone call.

The front office staff are always extremely kind and helpful. I am however very disappointed in the 700$ I spent at three separate appointments over issues with my ears and throat with no result. I finally went to another ENT that was able to immediately diagnose me with Mononucleosis. A simple blood test, that they believe should have been the first thing checked.
