I've been seeing Musa for a year now and all I can say is that he is the best health care provider I've ever had. Wish they could all be so caring.

Regularly clean out hearing aid and remove ear wax. Reconfiguration of hearing aid to make sure my husband hear better. We look forward to our visits with friendly and supportive staff.

Atlantic Hearing is fantastic! All the employees are friendly and welcoming and Dr. Kassondra Hemmen is awesome. I am so glad I went to Atlantic Hearing and have Kassondra as my doctor!

This was my first time here. Everyone was very friendly. I saw Dr. Michaels. She was very knowledgeable, especially about vertigo which is why I was there. She made me feel extremely at ease during the tests. I would definitely recommend this facility.

My wife and I had our scheduled checkups for our hearing aids. Checkups included wax removal from our ears and cleaning/tube replacement of our hearing aids. Excellent job by Rosey, who in addition to being extremely efficient was extremely personable.

Dr Musa is wonderful! He’s got a lot of knowledge in his field and he is very patient, taking the time to explain things in detail and making you feel as comfortable as possible. Always willing to come back! Thank you

I have been going to Atlantic Hearing, Balance for several years now. Having worn hearing aids for over 20 years, I can say unequivocally, that their hearing aids and service is top notch.

Receptionist very pleasant. The new office is convenient and well planned.
The clinical tech was very good. Seemed to be knowledgeable and did her job well.

I’ve never experienced a doctor along with her staff with such knowledge and genuine kindness and truly caring for me, it was a remarkable and positive experience! I recently developed tinnitus and hyperacusis due to my recent SSHL, it was a horrible experience and no hearing doctor I went to knew anything on how to help my tinnitus and hyperacusis along with my life changing events losing my hearing after SSHL and no doctor cared for me and was always told “learn to live with it” and was brushed away outta the office within 5 minutes or less.

I heard about Atlantic ear doctor in port orange who is a wonderful doctor along with her staff, she was a 2HR drive but I took a chance and see if I could finally get the help and care from a doctor that I been looking for after my life changing events due to SSHL and I’m so grateful I did!

She was truly the most amazing, knowledgeable, and kind doctor i ever experienced in my life, not only did she understand everything all my issues and questions i had with my ear she truly genuinely cared for my needs and WANTED to help me and share her knowledge with me to help me, my husband came with me to the visit and she even included him in helping me find out exactly how to help my hearing, the doctor truly wanted to help me and find out every possible problem with my hearing to get me the exact tools I needed to improve my hearing and help my tinnitus, she truly is amazing.

She help me get my hearing aids that work for me and help with my tinnitus so I can start living my life and hearing like i use to before SSHL but even better! And she treated my father and husband like gold who were with me during this experience and worked with me and my father on the best affordable prices.

I recommend her and her staff to ANYONE with any remotely hearing problems or loss, even if you gotta drive 3HRs, because I would, you truly won’t find anyone who genuinely truly cares for your needs and wants to help you and who actually KNOWS what she’s doing and knows exactly what your going through and the steps to help you live a better life hearing, thank you again for everything and for making my family feel apart of your staff and family when I needed the help most with my hearing problems

I Love Atlantic Hearing, Balance & Tinnitus Center. Dr K takes excellent care of my hearing aids, keeps my ears free from wax build up. It is worth the 2 hour drive for the best outstanding service for my hear aids. Wish they would open an office in The Villages, Fl, outstanding computerized service other offices do not offer.
