Horrible! Do NOT buy a vehicle from here. Bought our last 4 vehicles from here. Bought a Jaguar F-Pace and had it for a little less than 60-days and it requires over $3,000 in repairs and they refused to do anything about it!

I bought a used 2016 q50 from this dealer before i sign the papers, i notice the bottom of the bumper was damage and all scratch up, i point this out to the sales rep and they said they would repair and repaint it for me, i made a appointment, left the car there for them for a whole good day, next day i come to pick it upand check to see if it was fix, pretty much they didn't do anything at all, one of the manager come out and told me that the bumper got painted already, i asked if it got painted then why these scratches is still here not cover up in paint, i also told him if i bring this car to the body shop they will say the same thing this car never been fix and the bumper never been painted, the manager then told me, well all i can tell you is the bumper got painted yesterday and that's the best we can do, so have a good day, wow very very poor service from this dealer and bad attitude toward the customers, they always say customers satisfaction come first but i guess this dealer don't care anything about that, i wouldn't recommend buying another car from this dealer stay away

If I could give 0 stars I would give this Dealership 0 STARS after my experience with them today. I took my car in today for a oil change, I was told that I needed to leave it with them for about 2 to 3 hours, because of a recall on the car software. I got a call from Mike the service tech 20 minutes after I left the dealer with a loaner saying I need other extra stuff done on the car which I declined. Ten minutes later Mike service tech called again saying the car was ready for pick up. According to my calculation my car was worked on for 30 minutes not 2 to 3 hours. At the time of pick up I noticed that my son's air pods were missing from the car. I immediately told the female tech that brought my car upfront and was told that there is no manager present (at 6: 30 pm on a Wednesday evening) that can talk to me about my stuff being taken from the car. I was told by the female tech that someone will contact me the next day. I am very disappointed in the service that I received and feel violated of the fact that the air pods are missing. My 12 year old son saved up his allowance in order to purchase the air pods. I already called the police to file a report and was told I have to go back to the dealership tomorrow when the manager is in for me to file a police report. I will NEVER use this dealership for any services on my car and you lost me as a customer.

It’s an average buying experience until you have problems with the car they sell you (brand new car). I’ve had my car for 3 weeks now and it’s been in the shop 3times. You may want to reconsider

Phenomenal service! I inquired about a vehicle via email on a Thursday evening. I heard back immediately via email and a phone call the following day by Paul Smith. He was up front, flexible, and responsive. I drove from Tallahassee to Jacksonville on Saturday morning to purchase the vehicle. Paul worked diligently to secure the vehicle for me. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience and a safe car to drive back home. Throughout the process, they kept me up to date and informed without me having to inquire. My finance guy was awesome and doing on the job training. Both gentlemen were very efficient. The sales rep that previously lived in Cincinnati gave me several laughs. Yes, the bathrooms are lovely as well as the customer lounge area. At one point, even the sales manager came out to assist and keep me posted on the progress of my vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Icing on the cake: I even nursed my 2yr old in the lounge area and the salesmen never skipped a beat. We actually got a few laughs out of it. I highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism, customer service, and amazing atmosphere. Thank you so much Paul and Atlantic Infiniti team!

The sales rep was nice and showed me a car that was close to what I told him I was looking for. We took a test drive and then went in the dealership while he looked for info on the SUV. He brought someone to discuss financing with me and I was polite but irritated as I wanted to know about the features of the car. The sales rep and finance guy asked me to wait while they wandered off. The two men returned, again asking me to sit down and go over finances. I thanked them and left. I get it that they wanted to sell the car in the lot, but I didn't want that color and they never showed me the colors it came in.

Had a great car buying experience last week at Atlantic Infiniti. I had been searching for a car for using cargurus for about a week plus, i sent inquiries to about 6 different dealers asking specific questions about pricing, 3 didn't reply, 2 dodged the question and asked for my number. Atlantic Infiniti replied right away and said that as soon as their office opened they would send me an answer, i received that email before 11 am stating the out the door price.when i arrived the next day for a test drive i was greeted by Alex York, great guy with a great personality, very knowledgeable.he helped work out all the details with my bank and made the experience a pleasure.

I took my car Infinity g25 to O'Reilly where they performed battery test and told me right away that i will need alternator replacement. From them i drove to Infiniti to confirm it with them, and see what it would cost replacement. All this happens on 03/16/2019 about 3pm, after we arrived there, and i sincerely told Emily Collins what i was told at O'Reilly. Her first reaction was how they dont like those generic stores, like who the hell they are, they don't know nothing we will take care about your car. So 15 to 20 minutes after she's coming to us and telling that we have to purchase new battery for $165 plus tax in order to move with diagnostic. So, even i knew immediately that she's lying and going to scam us i told her ok (my battery was not even year old). Little bit after, again very concerned Emilly is coming back with the estimate of $1049 for alternator replacement. So absolutely there was no need for a new battery, it was just rip off, and just can imagine what they would found else down the road if i would OK alternator work. At the end she "gave" me the battery for $142.63 hopping i will leave the car for alternator replacement. Of course it didn't happen.
Disgusting.

I had a wonderful car buying experience last night at Atlantic INFINITI. Paul Smith was our Sales Professional and he made the process of purchasing a new vehicle fun, simple, and pleasant. Paul was professional, transparent, and a pleasure to work with. He listened to what I wanted and that is often times a rare quality to find in sales. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and ten minutes. I feel great about my purchase!
