I was over charged for the supplies I purchased I asked for an itemized receipt but was told he couldn’t give me that so I added it all up when I got home and was overcharged by $20
Also this is the most I have ever paid for glaze and clay, I sent an email no response called owner not in called few days later reached the owner and finally convinced him I was overcharged he took my credit card to credit me and then charged me $18 more
When he realized what he had done he agreed to give me a credit for $30 this was Friday I’m still waiting for the credit
This is the second time he has over charged me. I never had these problems with the former owner
And he is the only supplier in this area. So frustrating

I was looking for a local place to do a private art class for my mom’s birthday and was super grateful to find Atlantic Pottery Supply. Paul helped me schedule and he personally ran the class so the whole family could make sea turtles together.

He was incredibly patient and supportive with all of us from two boys 6 & 10, two adults and my mom in her golden years.

This place is a hidden gem!

We stopped in this past weekend so a friend could pick up some supplies. Surprisingly, we were given a full tour and crash course into the world of pottery. As someone with very little knowledge of the pottery world, I was blown away with all of the details and processes that we learned about. The whole crew there made us feel welcome and shared so much interesting knowledge about their craft (and some girl scout cookies). I would highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area. Whether you're a novice or a skilled artisan, they have everything you need and then some! We hope to stop back in some day.

What a lovely event space. This place not only has all the supplies you could ever need to be a master of pottery and all the experienced people you could ever need to teach you, they also host lovely art events for learning, creating, and socializing. The owners and hosts are down to earth, approachable, and welcoming.

At the 'pottery and passionate pallets' night we attended, we learned the basics of slab technique pottery and made our own mugs. It was a really fun and affordable night. Would highly recommend and will absolutely be going again!

Under new ownership since around May 2019. Stopped in to check out their selection of hand building tools that I saw on their website. Turns out the website is currently incorrect and they are trying to rectify the problem. If you're looking for something specific, you probably want to call them directly to see if they have it in store. The two people working were helpful. They're willing to order items for you and are interested in feedback on how they can improve their selection. Follow the directions on their website, the door to the business is in the back of a strip mall and could be difficult to find if just relying on GPS directions. They look like they've had some cool workshops, based on their Instagram posts (@atlanticpotterysupply). I hope they keep growing the business!

We use Atlantic Pottery for our Kiln repairs. We have a large Pottery club at our Del Webb HOA clubhouse. Our club members work very hard and they count on our Kiln to work at it's peak performance. Every time I have ever reached out to Atlantic Pottery it has been at a crucial time for our club members. AP has never let us down. The owner Kathy and her staff really understand what great customer service is. I wish I could name all of the wonderful staff that has helped us, but the most recent was Paul. I would recommend them for your Kiln repair and even good old fashion advice. I also know that our members rely on them for all of the pottery needs that they have as well. Thank you Kathy and staff.
