Atlantic Self Storage, Jacksonville FL

This is absolutely the worst self storage facility in Jacksonville. I’ve used Atlantic Self Storage before, but this location pretty much guarantees I’ll never give them my business again. They’re beyond unprofessional staff, they don’t care about any of your stuff, just selling units and making money.

Way overpriced, they don’t do anything to work with you.
There’s no reason in hell that i’m paying over 100/month for a 5x10 unit that IS NOT CLIMATE controlled - As much as they advertise it is. I have stored a living room set in a unit for 3 months that was completely ruined due to weather and humidity leaking into the unit.

There are PLENTY of storage places that I recently found cheaper and in the area. Please do not get scammed by these guys.

I have always loved all Atlantic Self Storage locations all over Jacksonville, but the Millcoe location has been by far my best experience. The office managers Laura and Terrance were absolutely great! They made our last minute transition extremely smooth, fast and gave us a great deal on boxes, while also throwing in some extras for buying additional boxes with them rather than other vendors. They have the best pricing in all of Jacksonville along with ASAP availability, and unlike other Atlantic locations, they are open seven days a week! Which was extremely helpful during our last minute move! Thanks for all your help! 10/10 recommend this location and 10/10 best customer service!

Laura and Terrance exceeded my expectations with customer service. They answered every question with full details and exact instructions on how to handle my particular situation. I appreciate both of their help very much in this crazy time that I am going through with moving households! I would definitely recommend the milco Atlantic self storage to anybody that is looking for a great storage facility and GREAT customer service!

Not Good. We couldn't get our trailer out of the storage because someone had an rv parked directly in front of it. Wow really?

The customer service we were given today was phenomenal. Two very kind individuals, one male and a female, both very polite and courteous. Thank you for the awesome staff.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had in an establishment. I called 40 minutes before closing to make sure I was good to come in (she tried to talk me out of it because it was close to closing time yeah I only live four minutes away) when I got there she was on her phone for 5 minutes before speaking to me. (Not talking but on Facebook) a black dude came in and tried to talk her out of preparing my lease because it was 30 minutes till close (we took 20 minutes to prepare and be signed and for me to be out the door) when directed to follow the man outside he said nothing and slammed the door on my face. I honestly can't believe how rude the staff is! Definitely could use some new management! Check your cameras!

Good location, friendly & helpful staff, and Fair Pricing, but the facility seriously needs some house keeping and improvements to the buildings and Roll-Up-Doors.
I need a very small dumpster for my business and because I'm an honest man and want to do things right and organized I am now forced to rent a Lot ($175) to keep it on when others are using the grass spots for free for there dumpsters.
$300 a Month for a 2yrd dumpster service! Ouch! NO THANKS

Staff was very informative and extremely helpful. They explained everything in detail and where very understanding. Great location for when you need storage!

Very big place the entrance was wide enough to get into which I liked I did not have any contact with the employees but overall looks like a nice place.

I went to Atlantic Self Storage to check on some things that I have stored there. The staff is very nice. I have friends who have things stored there. I have referred people that I know about Atlantic Self Storage.

Used them for my daughter for two year period, the fees they charge are ridiciolous when she was late, worse than the IRS interest rates, also recently when asked if they could waive a fee they say no and said General manager deny it lol they are the Managers its a joke to them for a person in a bind to be charged an an extra 60 a day smh very bad customer Service to us anyways

Staff was friendly and worked with me to find a fair price. I would recommend this to anyone looking for storage in Jax.
