Most unprofessional establishment. I ordered material with a leathered finish from my sales rep. I paid $250 to ship it as well as paid in full for the material. When it arrived I saw that the material was not leathered, called my sales rep and text her pictures, she said to have them send it back. I did. She said she'll try and find more of the leathered material if not we'll have to wait for their next shipment from the factory. I text her the next day to see if she found any. She said yes and sent photos and it was the right material. I asked if it could be shipped immediately she said not until tomorrow but they need another $250 for shipping. I asked why as the material was the wrong material it was not leathered. Then I got the song of its natural stone and each batch looks different. Yes, I'm aware but this had nothing to do with the natural stone it had everything to do with the finish and the finish was not leathered, which is why she said send it back and found the right material the very next day and knew exactly what material was needed. She said she tried to get the shipping covered but they wouldn't approve the request. I then asked for her manager. I have been ignored on the request. I called the business directly and left messages for a manager to call me. I've waited 2 weeks with no call, called again and was given a run around and was told to speak with my sales rep. They told me that they are not able to tell me who the manager is or how to contact them. They have my Money and won't help me with this matter. What kind of a business is this?
