Atlántico at Palm Aire, Pompano Beach FL

My experience at Atlantico was amazing, I definitely recommend this complex. The staff truly cares about their residents and potential future residents. I lived here for a year and I do miss Atlantico.
I showed up one Saturday and I asked to tour a unit, no appointment, no previous conversation and Laura was so accommodating! She answered all my questions and provided all the information needed. After Laura left Aleisha Reid came in and she was very personable. I remember the day I walked into the office, she introduced herself and called me over and said she wanted to know all her residents. After telling her I was leaving and why she definitely tried to accommodate and find a solution. I truly appreciated her efforts.

Additionally, all maintenance issues were handled in a timely manner. The gym was 10/10!

Today marks my 2nd year in this complex & I couldn’t be more satisfied. I recently did a unit change & the ladies in the office ensured it was a smooth process. The staff is always so welcoming to me & they never let my pup leave without a treat:). Maintenance took care of my unit as they did with my previous.they are always on top of things & there never any delays with my requests. I especially love the events the leasing office hosts for the residents & our families. Thank you, Altantico @ Palm Aire!

The leasing staff is amazing. The property is well kept. The gates work and they have security. 10/10

Do not recommend this complex. Unsafe area with high crime traffic. I personally had my catalytic converter stolen and attempted to break into my truck in the parking lot of this complex during my first month. Very unsettling people around the area. The front office made it seem like it was my fault that someone did that to my vehicle overnight. They were unresponsive in assisting me through the whole situation so I ended up breaking my lease. They told me they would pro-rate it since I was completely out of the apartment and dropped my keys off before the first of December. They never followed up, then they charged me a late fee for the days in December on top of paying entirely to break my lease. Please, for the sake of your safety, do not move here.

I drove by the place my brother's car got stuck right by there I had a tow truck come and pick it up I guess it's a great place it's an apartment building

I’m very pleased to share my experience with Aleisha from beginning to end of my leasing process! She was very welcoming, empathetic, receptive, made us feel special during the whole process! We just moved in, and we are very happy with the community and quality of services! I recommend leasing your home with Aleisha 100%!

I have been living here for quiet some time and i have to say thus is a great place. The 3 bedroom is spacious and plenty of parking. The best feature is the 24hr gym. The pool is also good. Clean property and staff is amazing.

Today is move in day and I can say these ladies have wowed me. I was greeted in a timely manner. The move in process was a breeze. Aleisha explained everything in detail and even made sure my car was properly registered before walking out of the office. I was then shown where my mailbox is located and brought to my apartment. I was not expecting these move in gifts. What a gracious act of kindness. Thank you so much.

This place has executive towing, run around there parking lots looking for reasons to tow people. Ive lived here for over a year and had a sticker in my car, the towing company towed my car and scratched the side of it, Atlantico told me oh well sorry. Highest rent in the area and a beautiful place to live, but beware I would get a garage so you cant be towed, I cant imagine a vistor trying to come here.

Very nice and safe! Safety is very important to me as I have kids. Love that it is next to the turnpike and 95 is not too far at all. They are building a top golf and the beach is 15 mins. We are in the middle of everything.

Called and spoke to Trisha about renting an apartment.
She was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Great place to live. The leasing manager and assistant manager are great. Their customer service is top tier. I’ve been living here for a few years and don’t plan on leaving until we find a house. The pool is good office is always clean and smells good.

I lived here for 1 year 8 months and was sad to leave but the office staff took care of me and made sure the process was easy and stress free. I would highly recommend Atlantico at Palm Aire. Aleisha and Trisha was amazing!

Man I've been very hesitant about moving from out of town and can say the follow up is great and they answer all my questions and making this a smooth transaction.

Visited my sister in law and I was having a hard time at the gate. The maintenance man Treasure assisted me with finding her name in the call box and directing me to her building. The customer service here is great and the community is updated. Of I was looking I would definitely lease here.

Beautiful property. The property manager is amazing. She has accommodated my son and her customer service is beyond exceptional. Her name is Trisha and she has the sweetest heart. Very welcoming community and they try their absolute best to help you and make you comfortable in your home.
