20Well here we are a year later and Mr Joaquin is back at it, this poor soul who must had been dropped on his head at birth by his mother, has now advised me that I can not have guest over my house
In 15+ years as a Real Estate Agent I have NEVER had to deal with this level of incompetence from a property management company. Maria and her team are completely unresponsive.
The elevator in my building has been out of service for more than 3 weeks. About 2 weeks ago I called the company and was told that the piece was on back order. I called again last week and was told them same thing and that “they do not know when the piece will arrive. ” Joaquin Alvarez the property manager is harder to reach than the CEO of a major company. I have called them for the past two days and no one answers the phone. My only question is.what does the maintenance fee do. If I could I would give this business 0 stars.
I called them like 3 times already about a neighbor that keeps playing loud music, mind you Im on the first floor an he is on the 4th floor.this guy is playing like a violin or some musical instrument every day with no care for anybody. People need to understand you are not living in a house, have some respect for others. The property management team have not one anything about it, so I am moving in one month.just because of this person and the bad management team.
Worst, unprofessional and disrespectful company I have ever dealt with, they have no form of professionalism, you call and email all day, when they do answer the phone they put you on hold and then hang up. They need to be reported and shut down.
After they deposit my check into somebody acount I got a letter from then with 10 days to pay the amount complete so they finally investigate and the payment was made but I steel has to paid $3 dollars for late payment what a mess Atlas property 1 more Years and I out here
AWFUL SERVICE! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO, THEY CAN NOT HELP YOU OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW! I HAVE BEEN THERE IN PERSON AND THE WAY THEY TREAT YOU AND LOOK AT YOU IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL! BY FAR THEY ARE THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER. IF 0 STAR WERE AN OPTION THAT IS WHAT THIS COMPANY DESERVE.
Useless band of clowns under one roof. What is your actual purpose of a property management company? I pay you for absolutely nothing. Corruption at its best.
If zero stars were an option, that's what they would get. Everytime you call to speak the manager, he's never there and nevwr returns the calls. They are quick to cash checks but when it comes to resolving issues, they either take forever or don't help at all.
All I have to say is that I am so DISGUSTED with the “service” that they provide. If I wanted to feel neglected, I could just go to my father because whenever I call they never answer. They are extremely unprofessional. The only “managing” they do is when they’re handling money because other than that you have to do everything yourself since they never acknowledge your needs
This is one of the worst management company in south Florida. If you have a property under the mangment of this company and you have a problem they dont care. It doesnt matter how many times you call them, you will never received a call back, or expect any ation from them to resolve your problem. That is why condominiums under the managment of Atlas going worse every day. Nothing that owners can do.

Atlas Property Management Services, Inc is a poor property management organization. I was shocked to see the positive reviews (note the positive reviews are all similar and posted around the same time). I am a owner at one of the properties they manage and am regularly disappointed with their responsiveness and they way they communicate to owners. They are disorganized and difficult to reach. I could not recommend this business to others and will be looking to sell and move away from this property.
If I could submit no stars I would, the customer service agent (Claudia) of this office is awful. They're extremely rude, unprofessional and just don't want to help. The way they look/talk to people is with zero respect and have zero knowledge. This is the first time I leave a review on a business and I cannot say it enough this is the worst business. The COO should close the business down.worst staff in history!
I needed to make a complaint about one of the properties that is being horribly managed by them. I was put on hold then I was disconnected. I call back and got a recording saying all lines are busy?
If 0 star were an option that is what this company actually deserve. I was just a normal resident in one of its communities and now that I move out they just want to steal my deposit money. The manager Joaquin Alvarez never returns any call or email and nobody knows what happened with my deposit. They just robbed my money, so think twice if you have to deal with these guys.
Extremely helpful business! The staff is exceptional. They'd are extremely knowledgeable and amiable. The staff is outstanding. Maria Alvarez is always on top of everything making sure that each issue is resolved within a timely matter. Angel Alvarez is admirable worker. He's curious and attentive always willing to help.in conclusion I've always had a pleasant expirenece when it comes to Atlas Property Management.
This is the worst company of condo associates in the world. They are disrespectful and merely deserve 0 starts. I have been waiting for my deposit 3 months and their explanation is a lie. They want to charge me 100 dolares for something I did not do and that they have no prove to show me. Joaquin Alvares and Maria Alvares are always hiding from me, this problem has gone beyond money, they do not have principles.
Reception doesn’t speak English and so rude. One of the property manager name Maria at Town Square. She never return phone calls or emails for months. They like to collect pay check from the residents and don’t want to do work. They should fire all the Mexican and hire some english speaking hard working people. Never dealt with lazy people like this.
Extremely unprofessional. Definitely NOT law abiding. No accountability for where the money is going. Rude and disrespectful to homeowners. Seem to forget that they work for the homeowners, not the other way around.
