Our Att sales person Gabby was incredibly great to work with. Her personality and intelligence combined will take this young lady to the top. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful person. She made our experience completely satisfying.

Fantastic service. They helped me switch my phone over rather quickly. The are social distancing and you have to wear a mask.

Brandon manager had store shut down with systens off as i walk in a t 2 min till they closed telling hey we're closing is 10 seconds as he stood in front of the foor in no concern of providing any service complete garbage for a mgr to turn away business.

I forgot my phone password and went to the store. The guy took Me in right away but after I told him my issue He right away declined and call their customer Service IT which I've been on hold for atleast 40 mins and finallu i got to talk to them but they can't help also. Make the story short they didn't help Me at all. They just suggested to upgrade my phone and might all my stuff from old phone will transfer once I back it up, I hate that the store only cares about the customer who is buying! I will never comeback to any of AT&T store ever! This happened 2x already and I should've learned my lesson just it's convenient for Me to come to that store unfortunately the associates only care about $$$$ not the service they will provide!

Gabby is literally the sweetest and most helpful person ever. She helped my dad and I switch over to AT&T and she was so so helpful and was so kind! ️️️

Thank you for all of your help. I on vacation all the way from CT and my phone gave out on me. They were able to get me in 30 mins before close and set up my new phone. Very fast and friendly service! Thank you again!

The staff are always wanting to help, which is good! But sometimes they just run up in your face! It's like back off bro! Person space! Most of the employees have no technical skills at all. I blame that ok company trainings. They are just there to sell phones! But it would also be nice if there were working demo to work with.

Joshua is the best rep I have ever come in contact with. I had some major issues with my account and he took the time to make sure it was resolved before I left. It was a long process but he somehow made the experience enjoyable while fixing my issue.

Cortez Road Rocks for service. I go in there all the time with questions. They help me rite away.
My phone number was stolen. The got my number back. They put a new chip in my phone. I had no wait time. I walked in and they helped me rite away. AT&T is the best phone service!

I have visited this location in the past and Tj has always been a great help! However, I recently visited this location and had the worst experience. Arisabel was the sale Rep "helping" me on my visit in which she clearly didn't know what she was doing and had an attitude. She was beyond rude and unprofessional! Would not recommend this location and will never visiting here again!

The store was very clean, all staff was very friendly and helpful. Management was excellent along with technical support. My visit was completely positive and problem was resolved!

Our service rep Trevon Williams was very helpful and worked out all the issues we had and had us all set and up and running by time we left. Very nice young man. Very professional! He was a pleasure to work with.

The store manager Chris treats his customers like they are real people. I had a minor issue and he actually took the time to call me at work the very next day and fixed everything for me so when I came home it was all done. I couldn’t tell you of a single other time in my life this has happened. It’s great to know you’re in good hands at this store.

AT&T could not tell me of I'm covered or not when I got to mexico.
Went to the store. Theres a sign on the door, "out to lunch be back at 430"
Okay. I'll wait.
At 508 I'm on the phone with customer service. Pissseeeddddd.
They tell me to go to the other location 2.2 miles away. Fine. Whatever. I just wanna know if I can use my phone on the cruise.
Dont even check my I'd. I'm there 10 mins.
Got all the info I needed then some.
