AT&T Store, Boca Raton FL

The employees were very nice and I appreciate the attention.
If I can make a suggestion, it would be nice to have a hands sanitizing station by the entrance. Kind of weird everyone comes in and touches everything without at least being suggested to sanitize their hands nowadays. That's my only suggestion, so if you are going there, make sure to bring your own!

Went to this store in Boca to get an upgrade, Alejandro and Jason were very professional and knowledgeable of the products, very helpful. Got a new phone and very happy.

I go to this local AT&T specifically due to Jason and Alex. Alex‘s knowledge in Apple in 2nd to none Jason is very helpful I always leave this store with a smile due to these 2

This is the worst AT&T store I have ever been to. I had some questions about purchasing an iPad, there were none on display, and the store manager Leonardo Botero was not helpful at all. He needs training in customer service! I give them NO stars. Needless to say I will never go back to this store.

Jonathon, Nick, and Leo were super helpful in getting me set up with my iPhone 11. They transferred all of my information within an hour, helped me with every single question I had, and didn't let me leave until they were sure they went through all the steps. Thanks guys! Everyone carries themselves like the manager. Super amazing store.

I would give 10 stars if that was an option. They worked patiently with me to get me what I wanted and explained everything in specific detail. I always like going in and seeing them because they treat me like a PERSON instead of a customer. Their staff are well trained, knowledgeable, polite, professional, and courteous. They're respectful of my time and my schedule. Leonardo is their manager and he worked with me personally. So if you're an att customer or looking to become one, I highly suggest you go to this store. You'll be glad you did!

Hello my opinion is not about the place is about an employee named Nicolas, they guy is unprofessional and very rude, I don’t know how att keep this guy.

Called 3 different times in 15 days asking if they had the Samaung S9, they said yes.which means I stopped, 4 times; guess what - they didn't have it. Then retail stores wonder why they are disappearing. Employees could possibly not be rude, then wonder why will end up without a job

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went into the store to buy a new iPhone and they refused to sell me one of the three they had saying that they were holding out of another customer who was going to buy $300 in accessories. So to recap they rejected my service saying that they get payed on commission and wanted to hold onto the phones to get payed a little more.

Michael and John saved my life and my phone and my tablet! They were so nice and caring, and had all the patience to teach me how to work on my devices. Two thumbs up!

This morning because we had a problem with our cell phone we had the opportunity to be welcome by the manager of the store M. Lezama. This became an experience in many ways. First the reception was very cordial. Then he listen very carefully to our problem and solved it. He really knows what he is doing and he like what he is doing. He is a knowledgeable gentleman. He is an asset to ATT.
