AT&T Store, Sanford FL

This store is so awesome all the staff is so nice and friendly. All of them were helping me. One of them put a show on for my kids to keep them busy it was helpful. They know what they are doing unlike some stores I’ve been to.

Lyah was so awesome and very sweet. She took her time to get to know me as a person as she processed my order. I definitely recommend coming here and working with her. 10/10 service.

The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. I explained my problem and she fixed it for me. I wish I knew her name, she was great to me!

I really wouldn’t even give it a 1 star Make sure you get all the information i was told one thing and they billed me different bad customer service my first bill

I went to the AT&T store on 17-72 in Sanford yesterday. I had previously gotten an iPhone 7 over the phone. Supposedly I would get a free phone which turned out to be false. I kept it but had nothing but trouble for the whole time. Yesterday it was turning off and going black and terribly annoying. S young man named Damien helped me and I got the phone he recommended. I think it was an HR. Not really sure, he said it’s the same as an eleven. He set it up for me. I appreciated his time and help.

Lyah was amazing! She made the experience great! I was in and out in what seemed like seconds. She was very knowledgeable. And she was patient with me in the entire process. If you could pick a rep pick her!

Staff that i dealt with was rude and obnoxious. Kept trying to sell me itms instead of helping me with the phone issue. If i have to go back there ever again, i think I'd rather close my account.

After having sooo many issues with AT&T online and over the phone, I finally went to the store in person and it was a game changer. All the employees were extremely nice, helpful, and understanding of my frustrations. Lyah was amazing! Recommend this store for all your inquiries and troubles!

There were only two employees in today and neither of them were able to help us. They claimed that we needed to pay our bill before we could even think about upgrading our phones, when the bill isn’t even due for another two weeks. This has never happened before.

The employees at this store are inexperienced, and one even said “I hope I’m doing this right” when they were determining how much our bill would be if we did upgrade. Last time we upgraded, there was no problem at the store on WP Ball Boulevard a few miles away. I would recommend to you to go there instead.

“Pre-Order you iPhone & you‘ll get it 2 days earlier. ” Yeah right. The day it’s released and I don’t even have my phone, yet people who just walked in are able to get on. What’s the point in pre-ordering & why are you telling people stuff that is not factual?

Man, this was a month ago. Who remembers that far back? I forget what I went there for. Atmosphere was ok and staff helpful.

Larry Evans at the AT&T store here in sanford made me feel respected and understood all my needs. His level of customer service goes above all I've received from this store. I will continue to come to this location and deal with Larry

I saw John the manager was relentless and getting the results and the problem resolved. We got it straight after three hours of nonstop dedication!

I have a great relationship with most of the folks that are manning the store and they have gone to great lengths to resolve issues that comes with technology and it's sometime confusion for us less technical

Rude guy. Jon.doesn't want to take a payment for prepaid phone.all I see is poor customer service and laziness. IT IS HIS JOB!
