Greg saved the day and helped me get my phone working after I had exhausted all customer service options via phone. Much thanks to him for getting done what phone support couldn’t! I would definitely recommend you see him to get your service.

Note: 0 stars for phone support when calling myself, they lied and contradicted themselves repeatedly. Still waiting on my refund. I definitely recommend going into the the store and not calling for help.

Julian was fantastic! I am glad that I made an appointment on the app. It didn't start out good because I called the store 5 times between 10: 30 and 11am on Saturday morning but there was no answer. I figured either they were already really busy or really lazy. I was right. They were really busy. After an hour an a half in the store, which is what I expected to happen, Julian set me up with the phone I went there for and an upgrade on our service plan as well. I am very thankful. I was just very surprised that I didn't see a manager there helping with the busy store and that there was only 2 representatives working on a Saturday.

Management is a joke.spent 3 hours there trying to get a new phone, had to transfer everything from my old phone, ended up going back the next day, he is so rude and really didn't want to help, won't be going there again, wish AT&T would contact me for my experience, people like that shouldn't work with the public

AT&t has really changed over the years. I was an AT&t customer for 25 and I left them three years ago because of the heat and taxes and fees and charges they couldn't explain to you. We was being charged but they didn't know what the hell the charges were. If you asked him to explain they couldn't

Zach at the AT&T store in Argyle store is the man. He is very knowledgeable and helpful not to mention patient. I think he is hands down the best customer service guy.

Amanda assisted me. She knows the phones the services the company offers, she understands numbers. She is reliable and relatable. I only intertact with her. She is a walking gold mine. Knows how to make things work for the customer.

I would like to share my experience as a very satisfied customer today February 11 to see I came and to the AT&T store at oak leaf in Jacksonville Florida and I was helped by I appreciate the good service that I was seen today and I appreciate the patience that went along with the service and the amount of expertise that came from ALY CIA.

The worst customer service! The sales associate with the name Zach did not even greet me when I entered the store. He just sat down his table the whole time while I was waiting to be assisted. The female there greeted me while he just looked at me and ignored me. I sat there waiting to be assisted. The manager came out and asked ZAch to assist me. He never smiled the whole time, never even explained anything to me. I upgraded my phone to IPhone pro max, I asked some questions which he responded as if he was sleepy. I then asked how he was doing because I was getting frustrated, he said it was a long day. It was a terrible experience and I will probably never come back to this store again! This store deserve 0 star!

SALES PERSON PUT HER HAND IN MY FACE AND SAID WHATEVER (AMANDA). Horrible sales force. Went to upgrade my tablet and had the worst customer experience I've ever had. Sales person would not get or call manager when she got confrontational. Called ATT 800 number then left to Verizon. Verizon has better stuff and coverage. GO TO ANOTHER STORE IF YOU WANT ATT SUPPORT!

Went in late may to get a new phone for me and my mom. She got the s10e at and I was too, but the employees convinced me to upgrade to the s10 128 GB for a small increase in price.
Come to find out they actually sold me the 512 GB version, which costs around ~$200 more than the one I wanted telling me it was the 128 GB phone. But because I only found this out when my first bill came, a month later, it was past the return limit and now I'm forced to pay for a phone I didn't want.
Make sure you check what they give you or you might pay more than you expect to.

I went into the store fully prepared to buy a new iPhone about an hour before closing. The staff did not greet us as we walked in and we wondered around the store for about 10 minutes without even a word from them. We were the only customers in the store and the employees were just sitting at a table looking at their devices. Another customer walked in which one of them greeted and stood to assist them. That is when I decided to leave. I took my business to another location the same night and purchased a new phone. Absolutely terrible! I will never go back to that location!

Not happy at all. They didn't put my address in my account at all. They made up a fake address. I have to go back next week to get my accounts linked. No one seems like they know how to do their jobs. Don't they train their employees?
