Luis was amazing and very patient setting up our phones

I was very excited to go to AT&T after speaking with a representative at the St. Cloud location. I came to the this location being that it was closer and although no one answered the phone at this location, the great representative at St Cloud informed me they were open. I wanted to open a family plan and get two new phones with AT&T on the spot. I was stopped at the door by a woman who seemed to be a mess and in a terrible mood (bad sales representation). Due to the COVID-19 situation I am very knowledgeable about the stores policy of "one person per representative". My uncle and I had masks and would have liked to continue the conversation inside with the sales representative where she could further assist my uncle and I. However, when we asked we were given a very unprofessional attitude and told "Well what do you want? Why do you want to come in here? ". I thought I told you sweetheart that I wanted to set up a family plan ands I don't feel comfortable doing it from outside as any business transaction shouldn't be done through a opening and closing door. I understand the severity of the pandemic however the AT&T policy states we can come inside the store in limited numbers of people. This happened between 4-5pm 4/22/2020. Not only did Coralis (however you spell it) display a unprofessionalism so disgusting, she did not physically look cleanly as a sales person either. I was looking forward to having a great representative and one who wanted to service me and my uncle like the one on the phone. I am disappointed and if people like Coralis that don't want to serve the customers are hired at AT&T I would not like any business to do with you. Please Coralis if you're reading this, I hope you look more presentable as a sales woman when I come in again and are ready to have a positive sales attitude.

I just switched to At&T from Verizon. My phone was having difficultly connecting. I went to another AT&T store and they activated it but when the phone didn't work they said I had to handle it on my own or get a new phone. I came to this At&T store and Madelyn helped me out for around 20 mins and didn't give up like the other store. She got my phone to work and saved me a lot of money and stress.

Staff gives inaccurate information to squeeze out most money out of you and sells you fantasies about getting returns and deals that don’t exist Hopefully it was a singular experience and no one else has to go through what I went through but the staff here was very misleading.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I came in here to switch over from Tmoble. Sat down at a table and no one even said hello to me for 20 minutes. Then they all spoke Spanish and couldn't even understand me. Finally an English speaker came over helped me transfer my number BUT DID IT ALL WRONG! Misspelled my name and put down the WRONG address so when I went to pay my bill online they said there was a fraud alert and DISCONNECTED MY NUMBER! I had to get a new NUMBER because of this place! DO NOT COME HERE!

Carlha Gallardo was an amazing salesperson. Originally came in looking to add one line, however I ended up adding an additional line for my Apple Watch Series 4, in which I am so pleased with, after she did an incredible job explaining the current promotion and benefits of the watch to me. Besides her being very knowledgeable about different devices, she exhibited positive energy and created a satisfactory experience overall for my first time visiting this AT&T location. In result, I highly recommend this store location to all my family and friends that also have AT&T service and finally would like to give a huge shout out again to Carlha Gallardo for her outstanding customer service.

Switched carriers and it was the worse thing I did. They told me I was going to get a specific plan with discounts since I had Direct TV long story short I received no discounts and now am paying more for my service and no HOT SPOT either! Just make sure if they give you a promotional deal that they print out all the details so you can then try and claim your discounts!

Went to this store to sort out a BOGO deal I got and the costumer service was awful. I repeated myself several times and the representative was not listening and kept repeating erroneous back. He wasnt too busy to discuss the basketball game that was playing with his colleague though, part of the reason I think he couldn't understand my request. I had to leave and go to another store.

3 days after making my payment in this store I visit again to ask why my payment wasn’t in the system and I realize they made my payment to another cell phone number THE MANAGER SUCKs for this store he just make an arraignment with Customer Service to put credit on the account and never give me back the money even tho I pay cash this people sucks I recommend you other location to many mistakes

This is the best AT&T store in the area. Only store I will go to. Staff was wonderful and upfront with cost of what I needed.

If I could provide a 0 rating for this store I would, by far the most unprofessional staff. My Rep assisting me Luis C.tricked my brother to sign agreement to get Direct TV services after I repeatedly stated to him and his "manager" that i was not interested to get it. I was charged for the service and was told I could not get reimbursed for the charge even though I DID NOT APPROVE IT! After many calls and complaints I was advised money will be credited in my next statement which it was a lie just to get me off the phone. Please people have some respect for your customers, LEARN when people say NO means NO, so move on to your next victim.
