A thoroughly enjoyable experience; Josie provided excellent & prompt service in helping me restore cellphone service due to visiting from abroad. She gave me several options along with the purchase of a SIM card and when I made my choice, Josie made sure that my service was up & running and answered all my questions. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional, she is a great asset to your company!

Alex and Bryan were extremely helpful! We are switching to AT&T and this is the best experience I’ve had in one of their stores. They were honest, explained things clearly and gave great advice. No pushiness, just great service and they know their stuff. I’m so glad this is my local store.

It was truly a great experience. I was helped by Jose and Bryan both very knowledgeable and professional. Jose even went into my plan and realized that I could have a better plan. So I left the store with a good phone because I was able to upgrade but with a lower bill. Definitely for anything I need I will go to that store, and I've been to a few but nothing compares to this one. The customer service is excellent and the attention was excellent too.

Horrible. Went in there for assistance with a repair. Was told you can pay 800 to get a upgrade. What do I pay I durance for. Rude and not one ounce of empathy. Switching providers due to this. Another thing parking lot is made for smart cars. Not Crew cab Dually friendly. Never again.

I was hesitant to give 5 stars only because I had to wait outside until they could attend to me. Once inside though the service was great. Jose was really nice and very patient.

Omg if you go to this ATT please ask for Jose if you want a great service. José was very professional and suggested a plan that was better for us and that actually saved us money. We have been going to other ATT store and we have never need suggested this plan. José was very knowledgeable and attentive to us. I will ask for him from now on every time I come here. WOW talk about customer service! Simply AMAZING!

So I have actually had a pretty terrible experience with ATT since we first joined but today we have received the most professional and most pleasant customer service ever by Mr. Jose R at the 88th store location. We had planned to move services but he has honestly comforted us to the extent that we are actually considering giving ATT a second chance. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR YOUR INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Someone give this man a raise!

The service from Paola was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything about the new phone, offered me all the specials of the moment, she is an asset to the company and special to the store.

The store is very clean and has a nice mood unlike other at&t stores I’ve visited. Also, they were extremely friendly and helpful specially Saidy and Pascal.
