I visited the AT&T store at Waterford Lakes in Orlando Florida. I wanted to trade in my current iPhone 12 Pro Max for an I phone. Very unhappy with it. I had a trade in. The customer service rep acknowledged that he had an iPhone 12 for me. I paid what was due on the trade in. The customer service rep said he needed to order the phone and it would take at least two weeks. I requested a refund of all funds paid for the trade in. They explained that wasn’t an option. I asked about the amount and how to receive the funds for the phone being traded in. As the phone is being mailed to me, that is not an option. I am very upset at this time as AT&T has always been helpful. I have been an AT&T customer a long time and never been treated this way.

Bad customer service. I had to go three times to try to replace an upgrade I did because the battery was bad. And won't even take the phone to ship even when I had the shipping label.

FYI, in order to get full amount for your trade-in is only if you have or willing to upgrade your plan to the unlimited 5G plan.

Was very impressed at my recent visit. I came in right before store closing and was never rushed. I was taken care of I needed to find an iPad for the holidays and had to drive over an hour for a specific one. So I came there. And not only did the young lady help me but when I arrived less than 6 minutes til closing I was never rushed or felt like I was a bother for them! Thank you i recommend going to this location for exceptionally great customer service!

I've been with AT&T just about going on 2 years. The visit to the store was to talk about a situation that is in no way the stores fault or reflection on the store so this review is about the store only. I had a great experience even though I went in to the store quite angry until one of the store employees by the name of Michelle completely diffused me made me reconsider canceling AT&T service and was absolutely wonderful if AT&T had more representatives like Michelle they probably retain a lot more business. I haven't 100% made up my mind to stay with AT&T because the company itself is another topic but as far as the store goes Michelle you're the best thank you for your help your kindness, knowledge and your empathy!

I recently switched services to AT&T wireless and I must say the transition from my prior company to now AT&T was so smooth and easy. My store rep, Rita, answered all of my questions, and made it so easy to switch over. Her professionalism and attentiveness to my needs definitely won me over. Thank you so much Rita.and i'm very excited to be a part of the AT&T family!

Mark, the service rep that helped me was awesome. He was very helpful as well as very friendly. Definitely the best customer service I’ve had from an AT&T store.

Service was great! Went in to do an upgrade and Lorenzo was super knowledgeable and really friendly. Everything was great but some guy came in without a mask and freaked out when he was asked if he could put one on. The guy started berating the employee and the female manager and at one point it looked like he was about to hit the female manager. Needless to say, the guy was kicked out of the store. Some people just take this stuff too personally. Apart from that, my visit was pretty good.

Nice facility and friendly employees. The employees that were there when I went had the college buff bro look but the guy that helped us had a very friendly and helpful personality.

Careful they will add insurance and fees you never asked for. They try to sneak them by you. Watch your bill!

Worst customer service ever, do not go into store without a mask! Door states “recommended” employees, to include store manager, state they will help you outside but not in store! Now I know why they have such a poor reputation at this location. Recommend AT&T clean house and hire someone with customer service experience. Next time I will shop online, if we all continue to shop online they can close this location, I don’t think the employees understand they will be jobless.heading to Verizon or Best Buy to explore my other wireless options and opportunities. I am not on a contract with AT&T but expected better treatment as a loyal customer since 1999! You just lost a customer! I assume you can afford to lose many of us according to this stores reputation. Would have left a zero if it was available! Lorenzo, and female manager on site 09/05/2021!

Just switched over to AT&T, a little Skeptical at first going from one provider to another. However, Lorenzo made this process super easy, quick and to say the least, painless. Well done! Thanks Lorenzo, keep up the good work.

Went to another location earlier and they were 0 help. We had a feeling they didn’t know what they were doing and went to Waterford. Luckily we were greeted by Wanda and Devante. Was able to do everything the other location said they were not capable of doing. Easily switched from Sprint. Linked our apple watches, helped us with our 13 upgrade. Again, other location said nobody was capable of doing this for some odd reason. Wanda then went ahead and recognized we already had AT&T TV and switched us to the faster internet for no cost. This service wasn’t even brought up or requested by us. Would recommend time and time again.

Service was fine, rating reflects overall experience so far switching to AT&T. For their customer support centers available over the phone, long long waits without follow through or information provided by in experienced phone center employees. The people who are subcontracted through Asurion are great, shout-out to Antwon. Service in person was fine, not too much care put into time wasted on behalf of the client (little interaction during waits, lack of information, etc) but customer service skills were acceptable.

This is store gave me reasons to continue to have AT&T as my cellphones provider. I had a terrible experience in a different AT&T store and the store associate Lorenzo and his
Manager Felipe helped to solve my problem, they were very professional, knowledgeable and they provided the best service I could asked for. I am so glad I went to that store in particular because they really care, they do not just sell phones, they really provide the whole service. I really recommend this store.

Recommend using the online app! Lorenzo and female manager provided me with the most horrendous customer service. Went in to upgrade my phone, because I did mot have a mask was asked to step outside I’m the hot sun and revive my device on the outside of the store. After 10 minutes left and went to Best Buy to receive some of the most friendly service I have had from AT&T since COVID has started, recommend switching to Verizon or another service provider! Closing this store with a 3.7 customer service record highly recommended as well!

Lorenzo is not capable of assisting others, does not listen, and answers before fully explaining issue or desires. Went to Best Buy got the service I am accustomed to upgraded my phone and they were able to do so as if I was in the AT&T store. Recommend not going to store and save yourself time and peace of mind, Trying to sell me on what you have in inventory and not what I desire is not the outcome I was looking for.
