AT&T Store, Tampa FL

Kyle saved us. My son lost his phone, and had to fly back to Colorado today! All efforts to replace his phone online or over the phone failed because everything required sending a code to the lost phone! I was in panic and Kyle was calm and poised and gave us excellent advice and solved everything! We are off to the airport—all thanks to Kyle!

Fantastic customer service at this location! Justin G. Was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We set up our account at a third party location and when we received our first bill everything was wrong! He corrected our bill, added a first responder discount, and taught me how to use cool features on my new phone. He provided us with information on all possible upgrade options without being pushy to upgrade at all. We will definitely be back to this location for all future transactions.

Javi was quick to greet me as soon as I walked in the door. He was knowledgeable and provided me with multiple options to best serve my needs. I was out of the door within in 30 minutes. The store was clean and all of the staff were friendly.

I usually dread phone upgrades or anything like that because it’s usually a long drawn out process. Kyle was so helpful and made the transition of purchasing a new phone enjoyable and smooth. Especially since I had my little one with me. He was knowledgeable and offered us great ways to save. I’ll definitely make this my home store.

Kyle was so great at upgrading our phones and making sure we were getting the best deal possible. I didn't feel pressured to make any purchases I didn't want to but still felt very informed during the process. He was so nice! We will definitely return.

Came in changing from another provider. Needed to combine 2 numbers in 1 phone. Justin helped us. He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. The process was painless. Store was clean, too. It was a great experience.

Miguel my sales representative at the AT&T Store at the Tampa Westshore location was awesome. He is a true professional who cares about your concerns. He actually listens and provides you with the pertinent information for you to make a sound decision.

My experience at this at&t is always enjoyable, they are always very informative and super professional! When you go ask for David he’s great!

We wanted to switch to AT&T from Verizon so we went to the store on Dale Mabry. The man working there was so rude we left within three minutes. We decided to come to this store instead and everyone we worked with was excellent. Adrian, David, and Manny all helped us and we found out we could not only get a great new phone but we also saved a ton of money a month on internet and TV. If you need anything or want to switch to AT&T, come to this store, no other. You will not be disappointed.

"Fishy" Selling Tactics - BE AWARE!

I walked in to the store already knowing what I wanted and how much it will cost me since I talked to you an ATT cust svc agent previously over the phone. (I was interested in the BOGO offer on the iPhone 8). The store manager (Nick) greeted me and had a pleasant and "detailed" conversation with him about the offer while a sales agent ("Pez") became available. (BTW, "Pez" means "fish" in Spanish.what a coincidence!) Then "Pez" was either ignorant of the offer or he was just trying to sell me more ATT services (this is where the "fishy" tactics started). I had to explain him that no other services were required for this offer and he spent at least 5 mins looking that information on his iPad. Which was weird cause the manager seemed pretty knowledgeable of the offer details during our conversation. Then when I explained him that I had a discount with ATT thru my employer, he came up with a lower rate than the one we get. Which was odd, again, because his mgr knew the exact rate. Then at the end of the transaction he gives me a total bill amount higher from the one given by the agent I previously talked to over the phone. I had to ask him for a full breakdown of the bill, when I noticed that he added the iPhone insurance for both cells to the bill without asking me first. At that point I realized what was going on and I walked out of the store. So, be careful when buying something in this ATT store. They flunk the smell test.too "fishy"!

Amazing customer service - they really care about your cell/speaker needs. Very knowledgable staff, very courteous.really know their products.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I can't believe that have repeat customers with their terrible attitudes. Both employees that I had the displeasure of dealing with were not only unhelpful they were flat out rude. As I was repeating my problem to the second employee, a talk black man, he literally said "oh well" and then rolled his eyes at me. I would have asked for the manager but I figured with two rude employees I'm sure the manager isn't much better

Horrible customer service. Waiting 2 hours just to be told that they were out of stock by some rude kid with an attitude. Dont waste your time. Go to the new store on W Kennedy Blvd, they didnt have what I wanted either but went out of the way to find a store in jacksonville that did have it and had it overnighted to them for me to pick up. Thats what customer service is, finding a way to help the customer, not the rude "were out of stock check back next week" that I got at this store.

Will never shop at this location and I'm even considering cancelling. Store hours posted outside the door clearly stated they closed at 9pm and when I came the doors were locked and all I got was a sorry the sign is wrong!

Someone Greeted us as soon as we walked in. Maybe 5mins after looking around someone checked us in. 5mins later we were greeted by Carlos would was Amazing! He really put in a lot of effort to help me switch from Android to Apple phone. My old phone gave him so many problems when trying to transfer my contacts and he never stopped trying to get the job done. The store also is probably the coolest looking At&t store i've been in and lots of seating when waiting and purchasing.

Robert is THE MAN. After an awful experience with the store in Clearwater on 590, Robert took it upon himself to really change our opinions of AT&T and customer service. He was extremely helpful, entertaining and honestly we felt like we left after making a friend! Seriously will drive the distance to this location just to work with him. Give this man a raise!

Both the stores on S. Dale Mabry and N. Westshore are stocked with punks with attitudes. Some of them can barely speak English. It's great to walk in and see a bunch of employees just sitting around while customers need help.

If we didn't have 80% of our bill paid for by my husband's employer, we would have left a long time ago.

AT&T sucks &^#$!

Excellent customer service here! They really helped me out with a last minute new phone purchase I needed to make and I couldn't have been happier! So friendly.love this location.
