Don't wanna be that guy, but the manager/owner should know that i've pulled up twice at 7: 40 April 14 2022 and April 15 2022 and they denied my service also treated my girlfriend in a bad manner. The first time i was willing to buy and iPhone Max 13, thats a 1200$ sale you missed.since you all denied my service i went and bought it from Apple, the second time i wanted to buy a charger and same guy didn't want to open the door and showed an attitude while showing the charger. UPDATE: The closest T-Mobile greeted me at 7: 56pm with a smile and friendly attitude and helped me without issues. Get a better staff.
I went to this store which is located near me. Store is clean, organized, and the staff was incredibly helpful.
I had issues with 2 cellphones in my account and from the moment I entered the store Mr. Valentino was very polite, professional, understanding, and was able to resolved all my issues.
Definitely and highly recommend it.
Although there was one person working he still attended us with good support and quickly, just need to be patient when waiting in line due to understaff
Just bad service staff need to be more friendly and acknowledge that you are at the store specially if there only one customer in store
