AT&T Store, Palm Harbor FL

This store has the best customer service! Andrew was amazing. He was patient and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met. Giovanni also was very accommodating.
I especially give praise because the issue they were solving was because of another carrier. Thank you guys!

The worst experience! Horrible customer service!
Didn't ever engage nothing like I was invisible, they wanted me to leave and didn't care at all for my service! Never have I ever experience customer service like the 12/22/2021. Stood there for 40 minutes! I work in retail and I understand it's a busy time of the season but doesn't have to be that way. All I want to do is turn in my old phone. Simple process.

Great service! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff took the time needed to ensure all your needs and questions have been addressed, did not rush you out of the store, a nice change!

What a fantastic experience! Hatman went above and beyond to help me. I felt so lost without my phone and he immediately figured out a solution! I definitely recommend this AT&T store! Make sure to ask for Hatman - he is the best!

Best AT&T store in the area. Been to 3 from Tarpon Springs to clearwater over the last 10 years and the staff and manager were by far the most helpful

My husband, Don, and I went to the AT&T Store to buy
a new IPhone & IPad. Caleb was very professional & knowledgeable in helping us select these items. He helped us understand how to use them. Andrew was also an amazing help to us. They are both outstanding professionals. We appreciate their help.

I love the store I went recently and the new manager, I believe his name is Kenneth. He has a good attitude that brings great energy and makes me want to visit this store more often …
He did great we the interaction.

My recommendation is, I feel the other employees need to pay more attention and be more happy especially when greeting people as the come in to the store like they are happy for us coming in as costumers.

The manager alone can only do so much …

I’ve been going to the Palm Harbor location since it opened. The gentleman who helped me (manager) is outstanding. I remember when he was new, he hasn’t changed a bit. Couldn’t be more helpful. He was dealing with myself and another couple at the same time and never missed a detail. I had a very nice experience.

While I have no issue with staff that assisted me, the store is very run down and has a horrible smell. Also this is not a corporate store but just an authorized retailer. Very disappointed with AT&T allowing such a disgraceful AR to represent them.
