11 Wish I can give this place a zero. I’ve been here 3 different times and in all 3 occasions I was referred to the Apple Store or Customer service.
I went to the AT&T on 184 and the young gentleman upgraded my iPhone and fixed my issue.
This place on at 15731 is AWFUL. POOR customer service. Not sure what the point of this store is if all they do is refer

We experienced poor service & deceitful business practices. Manager lacks customer service skills—pushed us off to ATT customer service online.
My husband and I were instructed to wait in the car for approximately 15 minutes for service. We had a simple request which was to combine our phone accounts. The 15 min wait was driven by covid19 protocols which was respectable. On hour last, no phone call. When at&t finally called us we showed up five minutes later with a store FULL of people? Then 10 minutes later, greeted once again by Jesus who told us to wait yet again but inside on the couch when many people now ahead of us physically when we were there first. Not sure if this was racial profiling but were switching Verizon ASAP for better customer care!

Arif THANK YOU! We had issues while port-out from existing provider to AT&T and it took more than 2 hours to get there. He was very extremely patient and dedicated to his work and made sure the transfer was successful. Great Service! Highly recommend

I just stop by in this store and sells person Sam greeted me with welcome behaviour. He explained me different services of Att and it impressed me a lot, now after that I am thinking to become Att customer.

Omg the best store ever and best customer service ever Arif and Sam are the best always take time to deal with your issues and wouldn’t leave it until it’s resolved I only go to this store and I live half an hour away because I know I’ll get the service that I need wouldn’t trade them for anyone else
