AT&T Store, Miami FL

I’ve had walked into many AT&T stores and there’s no other customer service like this one. Eimy helped me today with switching phones. She was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. It’s rare to find a person with such good customer service but she exceeded my expectations. Wanted to reach out to a manager to let them know how satisfied I was with my visit. Will be recommending to all my family and friends.

Nilem the manager was very helpful and very kind. The staff is very friendly and knows what customer service is. Very grateful for this store, I really recommend going to this store!

I recently switched to AT&T at this store. The sales person Brian was very helpful in helping us switch our family plan to AT&T. I was a bit skeptical but Brian assured me he could get us to the price we wanted to pay monthly without having to go paperless. I understood by switching my first months bill would be high the next month came my bill was $20 more expensive now I am on my third billing cycle and the truth has been shown it is $40 more a month than what was originally shown. I reached out to Brian hoping he could help like he did when we switched he called me back and told me he called AT&T customer service and they could do nothing when I expressed my displeasure. He said there was nothing he could do that I was stuck and less I wanted to go paperless I told him that was not our agreement and now I am stuck paying $40 more a month than the original price be aware with AT&T and this location they are in it for a sale I was not promise the world and did not expect the world but I did expect AT&T to hold true to the price that was originally agreed-upon. AT&T is a company out for the money not for proper customer service rest assured in two years time when I pay my phones off I will be switching to another carrier thanks AT&T. Prior to contacting Brian I also contacted customer service it has been almost 2 1/2 hours and I’m still yet to receive a phone call back from a manager great customer service a joke!

Customer service at this store is 10+, you get taking care of at the must courteous and friendly way. They help you to get must of you service.

I Have been a customer for many years at AT&T. I am super happy with the service I receive. I ALWAYS visit the store on Kendall drive and 122. Joshua is one of my favorite sales reps. He is tech savvy.

This store has the best staff of any AT&T store I’ve been to. Friendly, Knowledgeable & always very attentive.
