Brandon helped me out today with switching over my carrier from T-Mobile to AT@T. He was so helpful and professional. He knew exactly what to do and had me in and out with a new phone, new phone carrier, screen protector on, in 35 minutes max. I was so stressed out and he really did the absolute most to make this so easy!

My nightmare started few months ago with another AT&T store in a different city. I simply went into the store in my home town to increase Data Speed for my 8 business cell lines and ended up tangled in believing/accepting then current offer by a young incompetent agent. Over the course of 2 months, some lines worked and some didn't. It seemed like it had a mind of it's own. Texts, voice mail, incoming calls would work 1 minute, then phones will be dead. After spending 21+ days, 17.5 hours over the phone and in-store visits spanning 3 different cities, and losing $19,000+ business, I was ready to smash all phones: (Then as a last resource and an attempt, I stepped into store located at 3720 NW 13th St in Gainesville, FL to fix the issue. And whoa. I may very well have stepped into a heaven. Manager Jimmy patiently listened to my situation and was very sympathetic, showed a genuine care and put himself into my shoes (a quality difficult find now a days). He spent more then 2 hours, stayed behind after closing to make sure I did not leave being bounced to another location, person and another toll free number to call. He fixed the issues, fought with tech support, would not take a no for an answer from them and now we can get back to our business trying to pick up the pieces of lost relationship with our own customers. I am not sure which God AT&T may have worshipped to have Jimmy as a store manager. I so much wanted to hire him for my business but I don't believe in "stealing" from another business:). Thank you, Jimmy. I am sure you will reach great heights in your professional life and you have our blessings.

I went in wanting a new phone and service Brandon was available he is very professional and knowledgeable. He met all of my needs and had me out of there quickly.

I purchased 5 chargers from this store and I told the guy I needed iPhone chargers and he got them. Later I went to get one out of the bag and realized they were USB-c cords and not IPhone. I went back to the store and told them what happened and they said they couldn’t exchange them.

We were fed up with Verizon and ready to try ATT. Jimmy served us and did an amazing job. He is so patient, thoughtful, and well versed on all our phones and questions. I will send all my friends and family to him.

I try not to write bad reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was there at Christmas and the sales rep talked me into upgrading my phone by giving misleading information. He said I would get $400 off per phone and could get a watch for $10 a month. He didn't tell me the next bill would be almost doubled because of the upgrading fees. Plus, the $10 for the watch was for the extra line NOT including the $70 more a month for the actual watch. And today, I get my bill and it is almost $1400 because no one notified AT&T I turned in my old phones. Thankfully, AT&T called the store and confirmed the phones were turned in.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Came in to trade in my phones and ended up with 2 new phones and paying HALF of the money I was at Verizon. Brandon and his team really are a great and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I went to the AT&T store in the Publix Shopping Center at 13th Street for the first time. I had questions about my eligibility for upgrading my phone. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and made sure I understood what I needed to do for eligibility. I also added more storage to my phone and she successfully completed that task. Before my departure she told me they would be there for me when I was eligible for my upgrade. Just a very easy and pleasant experience

Entered the store with two goals: Switch from Verizon to AT&T and get new phones for me and my partner. Ty was with us within 10 minutes of walking in and in just over an hour we had switched carriers, kept our numbers, set up autopay, got two new phones and transfered the data from our old phones. Ty ensured we got the best discounts that we qualified for and showed us some quick tips on using the new iPhones since we were a few generations behind. Overall terrific experience as a customer. Took all the stress out of switching carriers and phones. When it's time to upgrade phones again, we'll be coming back to this store!

After a very poor experience at another ATT location, we visited this store.
We worked with Jimmy and he knocked it out of the park. He was friendly, professional and patient. He provided exemplary customer service, combining our two cell plans with no issues.
The clueless employees at the store near Oaks mall could learn a lot from Jimmy.
If you are an ATT customer in the Gainesville area, the 13th street store is the only place to go.

I want to share the excellent experience we had with this ATT retailer. We had some thorny problems with our Apple account. Kevin Nichols was our tech and he was able to address our issues successfully. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him and this store anytime to anyone.

AT&T store on 13th Avenue in Gainesville Florida the employees are very rude and they don't want to help you at all it would not unlock my phone after I paid for it
