AT&T Store, Lake Worth Beach FL

I'm sure we all dread going into our local At&T store, for the simple fact that they are just so busy all the time. But today when I walked into this particular store I was pleasantly surprised, it wasn't packed with people, in fact there was only one patron in the store and two employees, which meant I was helped right.a way. Carlos, the manager was the person who assisted me. He was very helpful, and answered all of my questions. I was pleased with they service and will definitely frequent this location again when in need of assistance.

Was just there to pay off the balance of my phone and possible switching Companies, Carlos was very helpful and honest and he just might be the reason I stay with AT&T! Great customer service, the best!

Best service I have ever had at any AT&T store today! Both gentlemen were extremely nice and helpful! I bought a screen protector and he even took the time to put it on for me perfectly! Definitely recommend this location!

After countless hours on the phone and in person at other ATT stores as well as the apple store, Carlos at this particular ATT store was the only one who stepped up and with great commitment, resilience, and patience was able to resolve my issue. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and someone I can trust; and his service exceeded my expectations beyond belief. I highly recommend this individual. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had the best experience I’ve had in a long time with customer service Dural K. Was especially attentive to all of my needs I am not very tech savvy he helped me with everything because my brand new phone malfunctioned not only did he help me but he stayed after hours trying to call everywhere so I could get it fixed ASAP

Very disappointed with the service in this AT&T store, the guy that was helping me to upgrade my phone didn’t know what he was doing, the next day after purchasing a new phone I went to the store to return my old phone he said that I wasn’t able to upgrade because I will need to open a new account at the end I returned the new phone and never again I will step in this store. I talked with the manager and she said she couldn’t help me, a very rude manger.

The technicians seamlessly transitioned all of my data, apps, everything… to my new device. I am extremely grateful.

The customer service here is unbelievable! In switching my service to AT&T, things got messy and I had a lot of issues arise. I went to another AT&T store location for assistance and they were unable to help me, but they.sent me to this store for further assistance. It was a very painful process and took hours to fix the issues, but Dural was a rock star! He was very patient and did all that he could to get things taken care of. I am so grateful!

I had been going to multiple AT&T stores before heading to this location. No one was able to help me until I met Zach. He was very helpful, patient, informative, and professional. He got my bill and installments lower all with a brand new phone!

I'd give negative stars if I could. Staff didnt know a thing and miss informed us on several different things, which ended up costing us money. Do yourself the biggest favor and GO TO A CORPORATE LOCATION. Service is night night and day. Almost left AT&T cause of this location.

By far the best experience ever. The staff were happy, energetic and a delight to work with. Had no choice but to switch my services over to AT&T after this experience. Love that they have a discount for 55+

In the hours it says that this store opens at 10: 00 am and I have been waiting 25 minutes for them to open and they still do not open the store.
