AT&T Store, Seminole FL

Went to the store for the second time with the same problem (iPhone 14).
This time was lucky “Sam”was at the front desk and in very professional manner fixed my phone (Couldn’t open) and explained what to do in case I will need to do by myself!

One of the best experiences I had with AT&T when I visited the park and Seminole blvd store today! I walked right in with no wait and was greeted by Princess with a smile on her face ready to assist and help me. Rachel the manager was very helpful in assisting me also and both ladies had great customer service skills and left me as one happy customer! I can’t thank you ladies enough! Thanks so much for your time!

Don't go there not an Authorized AT&T store, orderd a surface tablet he did not put my right my right address in and I received 2 tablets, returnd the 2nd unopened tablet to the store the manager William Paris said he would ship it to the warehouse a month later he told me the warehouse returned it to the store.someone opened the box and put information on it at the warehouse. Manager then said that was my information call me a liar and when I got upset he told me to leave the store with my 2nd tablet.very unprofessional and unaccountable.it took me 2 months to clear up their mistake.

Need better person to have friendly face and positive attitude at the front door. My husband and I came in to up grade our phone to a new IPhone. Not very friendly atmosphere at all. Only one chair at the table. My husband has a knee problem and he wanted me to seat down instead. Will did not even offer to get another chair for me. We had to do our business away from each other and screaming across to give information. My husband had to asked him to walk at front to show me the new IPhone. Like pulling teeth from Will. So i texted my husband while he was talking to Will to let him know to go somewhere else and we did. This place is not a good atmosphere or friendly place.

The gentleman working that day was exceptional. Really advised me on what my next phone should be based on what I'm looking for. Sadly I can't upgrade right now, but I know where I'm buying my next phone

I could not have asked for a better experience with AT&T. Gil, Nic, & Vanessa were helpful, knowledgeable & entertaining. I would recommend their services to anyone. Im grateful to call this my local AT&T store.

All their workers do is lie. They suggest a plan that is “better and less expensive” then the plan increases every month and when you inquire about it they gaslight you.

I wanted to get the iPhone 12 mini. They didn't have it in stock at the Seminole location. Instead of sending me to the other store close by that did have it he told me to order one from them.
I told him I would need it by Sunday morning as we're leaving that day to go on vacation. When he ordered it he said it would get to me by then probably Friday or Saturday only to find after I ordered and signed everything he had scheduled it to be hand delivered Sunday evening (the day we are leaving)
When I went back in he finally cancelled the whole thing now I have to wait 2 days for the cancellation to go through before I can get the phone from the other store.
I felt I was given false information in order for him to be able to make the sale for his branch and not considering what was best for my customer needs. Also a lot of time on my behalf was wasted

We worked with David and he was awesome. I’ve had the same phone fro 3 years and walked out with a brand new 12! He told us the best plans for our price range and worked well with our uncertainty of what we wanted. He gave us every deal he could and told us everything we needed to know. He set up my new phone and it works amazingly. Thank David!

Don Smith was our associate and he was really friendly, professional and helpful. We added our dad to our plan and he went the extra mile to make it a great experience.

I recently lost my step mother and decided to add my father to my plan. Our associate, Don Smith, was not only so professional during the entire time my family was there but extremely kind and courteous. I would recommend going to this store, it literally was a highlight of my day

My wife has to drag me into any telecommunications/phone store. On the day we went to this AT&T location, we had already been to two other retail phone locations. If you are looking for a new plan/phone, don’t bother stopping any where else. Don and his staff provided us with the best customer experience I have enjoyed in a long time. And I am an old anti-tech guy.

Don was absolutely amazing. So helpful and friendly. He was working by himself and helping me and other customers at the same time, multi tasking superstar! Highly recommend this store and Don!

Don was great. He was the only employee in the store so we did have to wait a bit, but he made up for it in excellent customer service! He helped us make a purchase, expedite an insurance claim, and even went out of his way to put the screen guard on the phone for us. We would’ve made an additional phone purchase with him the next day but we were leaving the area too early on a Sunday and the store didn’t open until noon (had to wait for the ok from insurance claim).

Don was so wonderful as soon as I walked in.
He was knowledgeable patient and super friendly.
I highly recommend this AT&T location and if your lucky enough you’ll get Don for any of your needs.

Dyron was wonderful to work with. He explained all the different options of iPhones available and answered every question thoroughly. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I felt like my business really mattered to him. I left the store with exactly what I wanted and felt great about my purchase!
