Sales rep I had last night tried to pull a fast one on me. I asked for the cheapest plan and he informed me I would get the starter plan. I log in today and see my plan on the most expensive. Make sure you’re double checking your plan before signing anything. Also bought a case and it doesn’t fit properly. Not a fan of this store. I would recommend other locations or ask for someone other than Caprice.

“I stopped by the Durbin location the other day and I am so glad that I did. I worked with a young girl named Lenore and she was fantastic. With help from her manager I was able to get a great deal on cell phone service for my business. They took the time to ask me lots of questions to get me the best deal possible. This was the best experience I’ve had at an AT&T store in a long time I highly recommend using this location for all of your AT&T needs”

Had to visit store twice because my entire neighborhood had an outage affecting phone calls and incoming texts. Store was busy and hectic but employees were wonderful and got everyone taken care of with a workaround. The evening manager Lisandro and an associate named Jay were especially patient, kind, professional, and efficient. The store did an awesome job under pressure.

I am livid at this location and considering stopping all services with AT&T because of their lack of professionalism and honesty. First no one ever picks up the phone and its impossible to get through. I have walked into this location and they just ignore you or wait to be told we don't have a manager and I cant be helped and to call the 800 number. I dealt with Spencer the manager and its a disaster. There is no resolution except to be inconvenienced and pay for his error.
Instead of just changing a phone number as I requested he added a line to my account which stopped all my promotions. I am stuck passing over $100 for his mistake! I was told to call him once a month to remind him to place the $100 credit and he avoids the call, tells his associates to speak to me and avoids me and my requests.
I am told a credit has been applied which it has not since my credit card was charged over $200. They are not honest, professional or forth with their clients. Dealing with Spencer has been the worst experience I have ever had and I been with AT&T for over twenty years. They need to get it together!

Came into the store hoping to try a wireless charger on a new phone before buying. Not only was that not an option since no display models were available, but I was given incorrect information regarding the compatibility of my phone/case with wireless chargers. A wasted trip, but they were at least courteous.

What an exceptional experience we had at this location! The team was courteous, patient, extremely helpful and knowledgable and the best part? They are fast and efficient. We anticipated being in the store for a long.long.time.and boy were we wrong! Spencer, the manager, is on top of everything and keeps his eyes ands ears to everything going on in the store and jumps in if needed. This is the only location we will go to from now on.

Went in to up grade my daughters phone and had the best experience at this location. Spencer was the person who helped us. Very friendly and knowledgeable even taught me things about the phone I didn’t know I could do. We received the upgrade and it was very fast and painless. I would recommend this location to anyone. I and my family will definitely be using this location in the future for all of our phone needs.

We purchased our daughter a new cell phone for Christmas and the staff was MORE than helpful! They were patient and made the experience personal. They helped create a special screensaver on the phone, picked out the perfect phone number and even wrapped the phone and accessories! Top notch service!

I switched carriers so I created a new account, upgraded my phone, and got internet. Hannah took care of me and she was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and helped me make the best decision to fit my needs. Furthermore, the other staff members were all very friendly. It was truly a pleasant experience

We received our new Cable Boxes for Direct tv Streaming services and Margie provided excellent customer service. I had questions, I called her at least 8 times but she was very patient and professional each and every time. Margie goes the extra mile and is very customer-centric. When you go into the store ask for Margie, if you want stellar service.

Bryan was absolutely no help and completely inexperienced regarding current AT&T policies and promotions. He promised multiple false promotions resulting in us having to go to the AT&T cooperate office today for 4 hours to sort out his multiple mistakes. This experience has made me completely rethink my longstanding business with AT&T.
