This girl Jai working here is completely useless. Walked in with a phone charging port not working. She did not one thing to help. Just stared at me like I was crazy for asking AT&T to help me with my AT&T phone. The woman before me wanted a simple iPhone apple watch explanation and she told her to come back when her manager was in. Avoid this store.

Do not trade in your phone here and if you must, make sure you keep a receipt or something. Went in to give my iPhone 11 for the 13 and they lost it, no record of it, nothing. Can’t receive the credits for the new phone and AT&T can’t do anything about it. Messed up and lost $800 cos of it. Phone is disconnected too.

I went into the store to see if I was on the best rate plan. Luis Z helped me find a less expensive price plan and also helped me get a new phone for only $7.00. I left the store very satisfied!

Showed up to pay bill because my app wasn’t working and the employee was in the back on his phone with the doors locked. Store says it closes @6pm an I was there @5: 47pm and was told to leave.

When we walked into the store, we were immediately greeted by Kevin Correa the AT&T representative. He was very knowledgeable on the iPhone products as well as the necessary products. We had already purchased a iPhone earlier and wished we would have met him first. He is professional and very user-friendly.

Jean carlos and kevin were amazing, honest and very helpfull, made everything super easy and even did a perfect install on the protectors, and got me a great deal, definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had a very unpleasant experience at another store and walked in to ask if someone could help us at this store. We were met with kindness, understanding and helpfulness with Luis making sure we understood our situation and was apologizing to something he did not do. I will refer my family and friends to this store in the future because clearly, they are running an ethical business. I am unable to post a review at the other store so it is clear they do not want people to know about their shady practices. However, rest assured that Luis will always be honest and transparent at this store. Thank you so much Luis for your help!

I went into the store earlier this month to add a new phone line on my account. The two guys in the store who helped me were very kind and personable and helpful, which is why they're getting an extra star. However, I was very clear about what features I did and didn't want on this line. See, I've worked for AT&T before and I know what can and can't be done with certain features such as Mobile Insurance. I was VERY PARTICULAR that I wanted the Mobile Insurance that was $8.99. Just the mobile insurance, not the extra support service that is $15.00 as it is just a waste of money. I was clear about taking advantage of a promotion that made the phone I purchased $10/month.

Well, I just received my first bill and, to be honest, I'm not surprised. The $15.00 mobile insurance and support option was added to my line as well as the AT&T Next option that I didn't want. This make the phone $15.00 not $10.00 like we originally agreed on. I've since called customer service and had it corrected but I don't like the attempt of being taken advantage of. I noticed on the bill that the feature I asked for was actually removed and the more expensive one added at the time of activation while I was STILL IN THE STORE! That's shady as hell and not a good way to get customer to trust that employees are trying to help and do the right thing.

I'll be honest, I don't ever trust Authorized Dealers and only like to do business with Corporate stores. I didn't know that this was an authorized dealer at the time I went in as there was no signage stating that it was one. It also wasn't on the AT&T website when I looked up the closest store to me that this was an authorized dealer. It wasn't until after my transaction that it was mentioned that they weren't corporate.

Do yourself a favor and drive to the one on Narcoossee south of Lee Vista by the Home Depot. They are extremely helpful and they are Corporate and less likely to try and swindle an unsuspecting person.

A regular customer would have missed these small charges for these add-ons. I'm lucky that I've worked for the company previously and know what to look for in these confusing bills. It's unfair that an unknowing person would have been charged for extra services they didn't want and probably not ever realize it because they decide to trust the employee is doing what they ask. Shame on you guys.

Let me tell you, Jimary is the reason I will be back. I went into her store yesterday so I could fix my sons phone. She really took the time to help us and we had to end up getting a new phone for my son but made it a very pleasant experience. AT&T better treat her right because she’s the only reason why I stick with this service!?

Communicating reasons for being behind on a cell phone bill.mentioning the death of a family member as reasoning to need more time to catch up on the bill and the quick and ONLY COLD BLOODED reply to me personally from an AT&T store representative in ORLANDO FLORIDA was if I had the death certificate to prove it. I walked away ASTONISHED at where the AT&T company policy was at. Please help me someone
